Great app! Has made making returns so much easier and efficient for our customers. We work in retail so this is an absolute life saver. Also, customer service is great. They respond immediately and help with any issues!

Really good so far. I was about to create a custom solution to handling returns on my apparel website and came across this app. It even lets me use my own return labels, and supports multiple returns per order.

This app is honestly the worst experience I have had. My shop is live and the customers service was terrible. The customer service person told me that the app had functionalities that it didn't. Everything is a manual process, it does not generate the resend order, it doesnt update your qtys.. You're honestly better off doing it through emails with the customer.
It is really unfortunate that your expectations were not met on the recent interaction with us. However this is certainly not what we want our users to go through. I used this app to complete returns and it was very easy with the help of customer service. You can make a return and refund the order in one place and create return labels.

So far the app is easy to setup - in SOME ways - and the customer supposrt is initially very responsive... but then they take forEVER to answer questions, frequently do not understand the questions in the first place, frequently do not READ the questions properly, and need to send very simple requests such as "cancel my subscription" to another "team". Customer service requests go round and round and round and my experience has been extremely frustrating. Definitely considering looking for another option as soon as I can get one setup.

Great app to easily manage your returns and take the pressure of customer service emails. Support is a tad slow and service operators change mid enquiry which is frustrating.

This app is easy to use and makes it easier for customers to request returns! The design of the app, both front end and back end, is nice looking and their features and pricing are competitive. I would highly recommend. Makes our small brand look professional and approachable. Their customer support is also great!
