AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

They can only use Postmen App to print labels, but Postmen App cannot solve a courier account issue within two weeks.

Priyanka was a HUGE help with trying to get my organizations straightened out in the system and getting me all set up to run my store with returns. Forever grateful for the customer service with this app. *** UPDATE** Well apparently my store was never connected to the app and I was receiving a bunch of error messages and customer complaints. I reached out to customer service for assistance and they kept closing my case. Samad was rude and impatient and was not helpful at all. I am deleting this app and do not recommend.

The support has been great! But I want to change the spelling from Center to Centre on the portal which can't be done. We are in Australia and we use spelling centre so it would be great if that could be changed. I would also like to see refund button more visible as I resolved an order before refunding and was not able to go back and edit it. It would also be great to see the initiated return in shopify timeline Thanks for your help Ankush! You were very helpful :)

I needed an option to keep returns organized reliably. This program has done exactly what I needed. The support team is constantly available and ready to help as well.

Overall, really easy to navigate and learn if new to it. Have been using it for over a year now and don't often run into any issues at all. Had some issues with it just now (page not loading) and got some help from Priyanka - was super speedy with responses and helped resolve it swiftly

Pretty easy to set up. Haven’t started running yet so we will see how smooth it goes. I’m hoping it makes it a pretty easy process

Very efficient. Good / fast customer service. Easy setup. No complaints. Would def recommend and they have several partnered apps too. We use AfterShip Returns and AfterShip. Both are excellent.

Great so far. Migrated from Bold Returns manager. This was a good alternative. Definitely will be trying this out for a while.
