AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

:D So far so good. Very easy to set up and helps the my tiny little boutique drop ship Shopify store look and feel more professional.

Great app to easily manage your returns and take the pressure of customer service emails. Support is a tad slow and service operators change mid enquiry which is frustrating.

This app is easy to use and makes it easier for customers to request returns! The design of the app, both front end and back end, is nice looking and their features and pricing are competitive. I would highly recommend. Makes our small brand look professional and approachable. Their customer support is also great!

The app is quite useful in the confirmation of the state of return items beforehand. Highly recommend.

I think this is a good app, in terms of customer service. My customers will see its easy to make a return so they will be more likely to buy.

Works well so far, however, platform could be improved by adding a "send test email" functionality or a wysiwyg email builder.

Liked what I saw of the trial, though there were some initial hiccups with setup. Excellent and thorough customer service to work around the hiccup - recommended!

This app has helped me streamline my returns process. I recently was having an issue setting up the returns labels and support was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. I have had numerous questions here and there, and they are always very helpful. Would recommend.

I had a great experience! The support was very quick, they answered my question, and were very nice!!

They are extremely helpful and friendly if you have any questions about anything via chat. I was having a problem with the system generating a return label and they fixed it right away.

Pretty solid app. Set up is straight forward and customer service is responsive. Very affordable compared to alternatives. A few reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars: 1) Exchanges are not automatic. If a customer requests one, you have to create it in Shopify separately. 2) USPS labels are formatted to print out as 4x6, so when the customer prints it at home on 8.5x11 3) For automatic return approval (which we use, so customers get the return label as soon as they request it), you can only select 1 shipping service not multiple based on weight 4) You can't edit the language for when a customer tries to return outside the return eligibility window. All in all, these are not enough for us to justify spending more on a different service. AfterShip Returns is solid and gets the job done.

This app really helps me manage all of the returns I get. From an organization and automation standpoint it really helps. I do wish there was more visibility into how much I'm paying for the returns and the ability to charge customers for a return label.
