Many customers have reported that return notifications don't work, plus limited customizations, limited accounts, and the worst customer service and support ever.
First, please accept my apology for the experience you had. It is unfortunate to know that you didn't have the best experience using our app and wished for the features to be more flexible. Supports DPD NL for automated returns labels, but not DPD UK.... The automated UPS Labels also show the Product Title on the label itself, which cannot be turned off. This leaves you open to having your parcel stolen, when anyone who looks at the label can see what is inside.

Great customer service. And very good app! You still have to process returns and restock manually, but overall its a great portal to handle returns.

It seems to be a quite mature return app. hope your team can add one feature: - let customer choose refund and exchange at the same time in the same order - limit customer from applying several return requests per "item"

My experience with Deep was exceptional. He provided quick answers and was able to double check that all my changes were saved and confirmed with me that my issue was resolved in a very fast matter

Be aware they are still charging after you remove the app from your Shopify Store. They ask you to close every single acces of your staff.. closing the service is not enough. I can not imagine if you have so many staff.. And they are not responding basically SCAM.

I just downloaded this app but have yet to use it for returns. Set-up was fairly easy, besides having to link to a different app (which wasn't clear in the beginning). Customer service was helpful and answered right away, so that's a huge plus.

One of my most valuable apps. Really helpful. Worth every penny. Have it for months now and REALLY takes away the stress of answering 500 emails about how to return stuff. Never had an issue with the app and today wanted to print my invoices and couldn't find them (wasn't looking on the right place) and Customer Service was amazing. Thanks guys!

Great customer service! We had a 7 day free trial and they offered to extend it to 14 since we needed a few more days to work out the kinks. Super awesome!

I just started using this app and I found may way around it right away,. It's pretty easy and straight forward. And as soon as I had a question, there was someone to answer my questions in the chat box. It would be great if we could crop/move the hero picture of the return page when we customize it. Other than that, it's pretty good!
