Priyanka was very helpful to my husband and I and got everything figured out for us! We had multiple things we needed figured out and she helped with every one of them!

Works well. Priyanka helped me set up my return settings so I can send a label through Shopify. I have been using it for about 8 months now.

quick and helpful support! So far it's been a good app for us to use for returns. only downside to me is that you have to download so many of their different apps. but thats just my two cents.

Just started using it. Reached out to support regarding an issue and they got back to me and got it fixed within a few minutes. Can't say much about functionality or usage, but off to a great start!
