Don't waste your time with this app as a returns program if you're a Canadian company that ships and returns with USA customers. They can't figure out how to charge a Canadian credit card to buy return labels. Have wasted weeks troubleshooting with no luck.
Please accept my sincere apology for the experience you had. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users. Really easy setup and super user friendly. Our customers have enjoyed the ease of returns or exchanges and it's easy for us to track everything!

I really love how this app centralizes all our return management efforts, and we can just have users email us directly through this app.

They have been really helpful with the configuration and making sure things are as expected on our end. A very easy user friendly app with so much functionality for such a cost effective pricing. Highly recommend.

Good not great but cheap compared to Returnly and Loop Returns. Recommended if you don't have a lot of returns to deal with and don't want to spend hundreds for app of the kind.

Such a great app to handle returns. No issues yet and a top-notch app thus far. Highly recommend it to any store owner. Support has been fantastic! They even helped with some recent issues with my custom returns page.
