Priyanka has helped me twice over the past two days making sure I have all the details and how to operate! She even had me join a google meet so she could look at my screen to see what was wrong.
I have been asked to write a review before even using the product. Customer Service was quick when trying to set up the free trial.

Customer support is friendly and does reply timely. Integration a bit messy at times. Smaller issues to upload images

I am currently testing put this app but I must say Priyanka from the CS team was very diligent and responsive. I enjoyed my interaction. Support is key when making a decision on such apps.
So far so good! And quick customer service. We've bene using the app for a little over a month now.
Many customers have reported that return notifications don't work, plus limited customizations, limited accounts, and the worst customer service and support ever.
First, please accept my apology for the experience you had. It is unfortunate to know that you didn't have the best experience using our app and wished for the features to be more flexible. Customer service is always very fast and helpful! I love using Aftership Returns!
Supports DPD NL for automated returns labels, but not DPD UK.... The automated UPS Labels also show the Product Title on the label itself, which cannot be turned off. This leaves you open to having your parcel stolen, when anyone who looks at the label can see what is inside.

For now we only support DPD NL and DPD UK is not supported yet. However, we are continuously working to improve the application, integrate more couriers and introduce more features. Great customer service. And very good app! You still have to process returns and restock manually, but overall its a great portal to handle returns.

It seems to be a quite mature return app. hope your team can add one feature: - let customer choose refund and exchange at the same time in the same order - limit customer from applying several return requests per "item"

My experience with Deep was exceptional. He provided quick answers and was able to double check that all my changes were saved and confirmed with me that my issue was resolved in a very fast matter
Be aware they are still charging after you remove the app from your Shopify Store. They ask you to close every single acces of your staff.. closing the service is not enough. I can not imagine if you have so many staff.. And they are not responding basically SCAM.

Great app and super easy to learn how to use. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for returns for store credit.
I just downloaded this app but have yet to use it for returns. Set-up was fairly easy, besides having to link to a different app (which wasn't clear in the beginning). Customer service was helpful and answered right away, so that's a huge plus.

Great technical support, with probably the best, and most responsive, live chat support that I have ever received from a third-party app!
One of my most valuable apps. Really helpful. Worth every penny. Have it for months now and REALLY takes away the stress of answering 500 emails about how to return stuff. Never had an issue with the app and today wanted to print my invoices and couldn't find them (wasn't looking on the right place) and Customer Service was amazing. Thanks guys!
Great customer service! We had a 7 day free trial and they offered to extend it to 14 since we needed a few more days to work out the kinks. Super awesome!
Very solid application! Makes the entire process of handling returns and refunds for orders painless. Support is quick and helpful. Super pleased with my experience.
