I just started creating the app for my Shopify store. I had an issue and Sanjeet responded very completely and solved my issue. I look forward to using their service and will leave a more thorough review once I start using the app.

So far I am liking the app. The customer service has been excellent, which is always very important, especially when you are learning how to navigate the app. Nitish was very helpful, even screen sharing with me to show me how to do something. :) Thank you Nitish for your help

I really do like the app but the customer service isn't the best. I reached out for a question about my return window being 14 days (I had a customer submit a request well after her 14 days had past. - months) I was advised to refer to a screenshot of my return window. I wanted to know how this was possible. I never recvd a response. Only until I advised I would write a review.

Easy, loads of options, greatly reduces customer service interactions by allowing the customer to get all the info and service they need, as desired.

Just setting it up but so far the chat customer service has been really helpful! They answer quickly too.

Customer support is excellent. I had many questions and they were patient and even did a video chat with me so they could see the issue first hand. Would recommend!

We recently used it with a return, and it has been ok. I´ve had some doubts about the process, and their customer service has always been fast and efficient.
