AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

Great customer support this far with the setup. A few hickups setting up my custom return portal but the functions looks promising

It's a great app and it fits our needs. It streamlines the returns process for us on an easy-to-use platform.

I just started using this app and I found may way around it right away,. It's pretty easy and straight forward. And as soon as I had a question, there was someone to answer my questions in the chat box. It would be great if we could crop/move the hero picture of the return page when we customize it. Other than that, it's pretty good!

Very straightforward to set up and use. Easy for my customers to use and sends out emails at every stage of the refund to both parties. Would defo recommend it.

LOVE IT! I was able to set AfterShip within an hour and link it with Postmen for USPS shipping. It immediately helped me streamline my returns process / improved the customer experience. I could also easily customize the portal with my branding and images. Now I can write an SOP and hand this process over to my operations team to manage from here.

This app is very user friendly, the interface is nice and the customer service is great! It would be great if there was further customization- we hope this is something the AfterShip / Automizely team will work on .

Don't waste your time with this app as a returns program if you're a Canadian company that ships and returns with USA customers. They can't figure out how to charge a Canadian credit card to buy return labels. Have wasted weeks troubleshooting with no luck.

Really easy setup and super user friendly. Our customers have enjoyed the ease of returns or exchanges and it's easy for us to track everything!
