Love the Shopify app! Makes returns and exchanges so much easier especially once I connected the Postmen account. When a return is submitted they automatically get a return label, so that makes it a lot easier for me!

We have used AfterShip for about 4 years now. We use both the tracking side and the returns side of it. It has grown with our business and made it easy for us to move up in prices. Would recommend.

Extremely buggy! Will not open no matter how many different computers, different internet explorers, Chromes, different cell phones you use. You cannot access it from Shopify app, shopify desktop either! You get a return alert but you cannot access it. This is made by a rag tag cheap overseas company with huge time difference. This is not ready for prime time and if you want your business to suffer, install it. Very bad customer service as well

Customer service is awesome! I also like that this app takes away a lot of the back and forth correspondence involved with normal returns. It saves you time. A future standard (instead of premium) feature, if possible, would be that AfterShip Returns would add a returned item back to inventory via it's shopify integration. Right now after resolving a ticket, you have to manually go and issue the refund and add the product return back into inventory. This seems like a standard feature, not a premium. I'd also like to have the premium feature of customers getting to manually exchange for in stock items of their choice during the return process. Right now it's also a premium feature. As a small brand, I just can't afford so many apps at premium tier.

We do keep track of the requests by our users and we will make it more feasible. Do let us know if you have any suggestions for us. You can always use the chat option on your Returns...

**Email notifications weren't going through to our team (kind of a big deal), still waiting on their live chat support to resolve it, going on 2.5 hours. Very disappointed in an app I really liked and have used for multiple stores.
