I'm still in the setup process, so far the app is easy to use, and chat responses are quick. I will leave another review once customers start doing returns

Priyanka .......she was great...very patient and spoke clear english and was able to guide me throught the entire account set up process we had a bad email account and she fixed it

I had no idea where to start. This app took care of everything. Highly recommend. You can automate so much that you barely need to know how to do any of it.

Setting up the app was a bit of a pain, but customer service has been helpful. You have to pay an extra $5/mo for each additional profile, but the price is still reasonable. Haven't really used the app at all yet, but I was asked to leave a review, so...

Customer support was very patient and understanding with complex queries. Have not tested it on the website, however, will provide updates once I see success with returns.

Beautiful interface on both ends, and very helpful customer service. I'd say the free plan is very fair, and the paid version is the best I've found.

One of the easiest returns apps to set-up and also has a very clear, clean look to it. Great basic functionality for returns. I hope in the future they also bring in some AI logic and rules to encourage exchanges and credits. That would be next level.

Very nice support and customer service, but a bit complicated some of the setup in the app. But easy to use.

so far I have not experienced any returns but from the look of the app, its amazing and a great solution for users and stores
