Nice App, unfortunately, automatic return labels aren't possible in EU... Big bummer for us. Hopefully, you guys get on it soon.

So many advertising in the app, !!! they are trying to convince you to use others products, didn't like it all

Looks like a great App - Only accepts low image resolution on the assets page - But generally does what it says.

This app has made the returns process SO much easier. What appealed to me is the easy setup process.

A bit difficult to learn at first, however it is the best option for automated returns in the US in my opinion.

The concept is good but it was preventing the Add to Cart button from being shown on my website. Unfortunately, customer service was not helpful. I had to work around it by installing it on an older theme. She asked me to just reinstall it. Um no I'm not going to reinstall something that prevents people from shopping. I would prefer however if it just worked on the current theme.

Fairly easy to set up - a few things weren't immediately obvious but were resolved quickly. This will make the returns process much easier!

When it's working it works, but unfortunately, I have had several issues. Fortunately, there is always someone available to chat and assist you if you need help. They are very quick to respond and have graciously helped me resolve some major issues I was having with the Postmen account. Hard to set up! Have to download several apps to get it all working together and instructions are vague.
Thanks for the review but surely some misunderstanding is there. Please help us understand this, we've sent you an email please help us schedule a screenshare call to fix any challenge you are facing.

This will save me a lot of time and money. The ux for the customer is great and it makes it easy for my business to keep track of everything.

Support is one of the least helpful I have ever interacted with. Do not use these guys if you are a larger business. Nothing but headache awaits you and your customers. I have attempted messaging them multiple times, and each time they give me information not pertinent to the question I am asking. Sadly, I am too far in to back out now, but if this is tied with another solution for you, pick the other one.

Simple to easy to use but limited in terms of customisation. If you want a simple straight forward return process, this app can be helpful.

The app was very difficult to set up and configure to a usable level. I do like having a built-in return option for my customers, but this is mostly a manual process once the shopper requests the return and you approve it. Update - the developer was helpful in getting the configuration as close as possible to how we wanted it to work. There is still some manual actions that you have to take as the product is returned, refunded, etc. I wish those things were automated - especially if we use their Tracking App in conjuction with the Return App. Keeping my fingers crossed they are working on that as it would automate the process.

Very simple app. Could do with being prettier and more intuitive. Also I'm amazed it doesn't allow you 'the store owner' to manually create a return (on behalf of your customer) that may be outside of your normal return parameters. For example, lets say you've sent your customer their order but for whatever reason it's been delayed / lost etc and by the time the customer gets the item the return deadline you have selected (say 14 days) has passed and she want to return it for another size. Well, neither they not you can do this !!!! without amending the settings globally to accommodate! You would think the Master user would not be tied by any restriction on creating a return but they are!! Small point but a pain in the backside every time you have to change.

This Application works in principle, however there are issues with setting up multiple team members. I am still waiting for the Developers to help me resolve this.

The app works BUT there is a bug in the system and the developers have yet to resolve it which is frustrating..Issue-customer submits return for approval- dashboard will show you have 0 pending returns to approve. You will only become aware that you have pending approvals if a) an irate customer calls you to ask why you haven't approved their return or b) you add "check the pending approvals folder for returns" to the long list of things you have to do to manage your business. Ridiculous- these notifications should be pushed automatically (which used to happen) please fix this!!

I haven't used the app yet. I actually launch my website today so I'm hoping it works well. I have the forever free plan but i'm confused about what happens if i get more than 3 returns for the month. Will i be charged? So it's been a little over a week since I have launched and when I tried to create a return for the customer it says that the items are non-returnable even though they should be eligible.
