App preforms well, most of the time however this is no link to reach customer service. No chat bot. Their billing and upgrade billing is confusing.. again no one to help. I am searching for another app to switch to just dont want to deal with the headache of switching.

Update on sept 2034 Tech support is quick to respond, Moazzam helped immediately with my request. Still happy with the app. ---- I have to amend my previous review. With tech support, we've figured out that returns notifications (to the merchant) are sent out only if "manual approval" is selected. In "automatic approval" at the moment the merchant doesn't get any email. I've requested to change this app rule, so they'll hopefully change it in the upcoming months, this way merchants will get an email about a filed return regardless of the approval process. Other than this i'm happy with the app, it's easy to set up and works as described! --- --- --- We need to get alerts when customers file a return. It's crazy this is not possible with the app. Too busy to check it daily, we should be noticed/flagged when someone files a return. When are you including this feature? This the only major complaint.

Terrible support. They gave me wrong instructions to move from the public app to the private app. My services were down and they weren't able to help me!

Veldig god app. Eneste jeg skulle ønske var at ved bytteforespørsel, burde kunden fått lov å velge vare å bytte i. Da hadde varen kunne blitt reservert til kunden og akkumulert på samme ordre.

Setup is difficult. They promote to leave a review over setup which is frustrating. Will update after I figure this out.

This app is fantastic to have more control over returns from our customers - would be great if the app could have the returns period from the date the order was shipped (rather than the order date) as we have preorder items available on our site. It would also be great if you could group domestic and international customers - as we have different returns period for each group.

So far so good. I think the app is important to provibe faster customer service. What i dont like it that starting from may a so called 'membership' needs to get paid 10 dollar a month per member.

Have been running this app for a couple weeks now. No issues, fairly streamlined. The only suggestion we have is to add an option for customs docs. All of our returns come back to Canada (From the US) and require custom documentation - would be helpful for the app to generate this or at least allow you to upload a second file for customs docs.

This app has helped us automate our return process and allow customers to easily submit return requests. Customer service is great. Wish there was more styles to customize the look of the interface. Creating a style that looks like our store would be the only reason I would consider a different app.

Have to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. After trying to setup Paperless invoicing from UPS within Postmen, the staff seems lost and are all sending me the exact same copy pasted email with instructions. Yet it keeps generating an error and none of them can figure it out... Still havent heard back.

Pros: Clear information, Easy to Complete, Visually appealing, link to order is very handy Cons: Cannot search or filter by item or reason, cannot resent emails, cannot change status back if needed, cannot choose or change the resolution if the customer's is not accurate, cannot add tracking info right from our end, does not show approved/rejected date and time.

So far, just trying to set things up. I had thought its one layer, but for a simple return you need: Returns Center After Ship Postmen Then a shipping center. Postmen doesn’t connect well with any shipping center. Returns dont work when printing labels. Customer service is only email. Now 4 emails in and having to repeat the issue, and not having a solution out of the gate. Is there a way to expedite service? Help with sales? Just on trial mode, and having horrible luck getting everything to work.

I would like to be able to set rules for allowing a return from the date the item actually ships or arrives, not the order date. They also need to allow larger size pictures for the headers. Overall, great app.
