Really good so far. I was about to create a custom solution to handling returns on my apparel website and came across this app. It even lets me use my own return labels, and supports multiple returns per order.

This app is honestly the worst experience I have had. My shop is live and the customers service was terrible. The customer service person told me that the app had functionalities that it didn't. Everything is a manual process, it does not generate the resend order, it doesnt update your qtys.. You're honestly better off doing it through emails with the customer.
It is really unfortunate that your expectations were not met on the recent interaction with us. However this is certainly not what we want our users to go through. I used this app for several returns using my Shopify shop, it really helps a lot with the tracking of the returned items and to control the stock in my shop. Very useful and easy. I really recommend it.

I used the customer service feature for help setting up my domain info and removing the "Powered by Aftership" verbiage. Their team was very helpful and responsive. They made it easy and straightforward. Thank you so much!
