This app has made the return process really smooth for the customers as well as for us. Easy to set up and install. The best part is that so many features are available and that too at zero cost. Kudos guys! Keep up the good work.

I wanted to provide all the facilities to my customers and Returns is an issue whose solution is nowhere on Shopify. But then came Aftership Returns acting as life-saver. Really it has made everything so easy. I have a separate Returns Page where customers can easily request for return, and all this in no extra cost. Thank You so much for this amazing App. If you want to give your customers a high-level user experience then Aftership Returns and Tracking Order Apps are a must on your Shopify Store.

After ship is extremely easy to set up and very user friendly. I did not receive any returns yet using the app so I can only comment on the setup. My merchandise is that good!

Good about this app: 1. have own subdomain URL for the return page 2. Absolutely free! 3. Easy to follow instructions for customer 4. Providing a link for return on shop gives customer more confidence when making a purchase decision. Suggestion: 1. Provide a place for the customer to submit returning item shipment track number. 2. Good to have exchange instruction template.

On a basic level its a great app - it makes a streamlined process for customers to process a return on their own. However there are some missing key features that are lacking: 1. You cannot make custom emails. The ones they've written do not look professional and at times had poor grammar. 2. Not possible to process an exchange (maybe your customer got the wrong size, a faulty product, etc.) 3. You cannot create a set of custom parameters based on circumstances. For example you cannot specify how returns are handled for international purchases, purchases of items on sale, etc. 4. The it takes you to an outside page rather than allowing it to be done within your page. Some main updates would make it a great app, as the integration was quite easy and straight forward to use. This app really had a lot of really great features. We loved that we could customize SO much in it! The only downside that made us end up switching return systems, is that we could not offer our customers return labels that was an easy process to return. There was too much manual stuff that had to be done using AfterShip, so we ended up making the switch after a few years of using AfterShip. It is a great app for lower volumes, but doing such large volumes now we needed something that could keep up with us!

This is a great app. It’s easy to install and works wonderfully on my theme. It makes my website more professional. Still trying out this new version, hopefully I don't need to delete it like others.

SUPER simple to set up. Works really well from both a customer and retailer perspective. Very happy and provides a great solution to manage the returns process. And what's more, it's free! Amazing.

So far so good. But our customers keep sending the emails about "Add Tracking"-a page comes up with some errors, so they can't add a tracking number. Other than that, this app is absolutely convenient for both customer and us.

JESUS CHRIST, THEY CHANGED THE FREE APP TO $40 a month?? well i guess even if one person stays he is going to be happy, he will be getting A LOT MORE than what he invested! totally not worth it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST, ALSO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY WOULD NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. Clicking on my store logo implies it should take the customer to my store, but it does not so, When asked support about this fix, they said they won't care because there are not enough requests for it and they won't care about my request! Basically if a customer click on that link and is taken away to their page, their only way out of that page is to click on BROWSER's BACK button, or to close that tab and open a new one, Can you imagine such poor design and they are not willing to do this easy fix because I am the only one who told them about this bad design.

Doesn't allow you to change the email template that autosends to your customer. This is a huge deal. I don't want just anything sent to my customers. Please fix this and we will change our rating.

Great app. Even though my customers are all happy with their products, having a returns center help Kulor Cases build trust and credibility. Highly recommended.
