Even though we seldom receive return requests, this app makes our returns processing simpler and faster for both our customers and our team. Their customer service is very helpful as well. What we'd love to see in the future: a chance for our customers to generate a return label on platform or allow us to upload one into the system. It's a great choice for a free app. :) Thank you!

This app makes handling returns so much easier and an amazing time saver! Very simple and easy to set up and use. Impressed by the great service by Aftership. I would highly recommend this app to anyone selling online.

We have installed every return app offered. No app we have found allows you to have the return window start upon delivery of the item. So if you don't ship the same day, you are cutting into your customer's return window, or even while the item is in transit is cutting into their window. Our products are made to order, by the time we ship our customer's return window is expired. This app solved this problem and made the process simple and less complicated. Straight and to the point, super easy to install.

This makes handling returns so much easier. I'm surprised Shopify doesn't include return handling by default, but this app fills the gap nicely.

A very necessary app. The amount of money this saves by letting customers know the that order is out for delivery and delivered pays for it self. Because customers respond right away if the did not receive, Giving you and them a chance to locate it. The other money saving issue it it cuts down on the customer service request asking when is the order going to be delivered. I have used for years now with out any problems, Customers always responds to my questions. We use this on http://www.skincarebysuzie.com

Wow, I really like this app! I just installed it and I hope to make it easier for my customers and myself when making a return. I set up my custom domain so it looks more legit. http://returns.discountdressshop.com/ Thanks for making this available and easy to set up!

So far so good! It was super easy to set up and put a link directly on my website. I have no doubt that it will make my customer's life easier should they ever need to make a return. And best of all - its free!

Great application, very nicely integrated with Shopify. Makes returns both for us and our customers frictionless and easy. Can use custom URL and images for seamless integration with our shop: jeepuniq.com - your source for Jeep Wrangler JK CB and HAM mounts and holders.

Works great, streamlines our returns process and reduces staff time needed to process everything. Plus it keeps a better track of everything than we could without it! We've installed in on 3 different brands and would definitely use it again if we needed to!
