Pure greatness. Made first return test in 10 minutes.

Absolutely love it! I am very happy with the app. It helps me organize my store's return process big time and I don't get questions from customers asking me how to return the product anymore, which saves me tons of time and energy. Everything is documented and professional. I indeed tailored it a bit according to my own store policy. It is just perfect.

I am changing my review as they took this app off Shopify, charge now $40 and do not communicate at all.. bye bye, easier to put a packing slip in the package and have them send it back by checking off the reason box. have to save money.

AfterShip staff is great. Very responsive to suggestions and feedback. Great way to track your returns and communicate with customers.

Great app, super easy to set up. The only wish I had is if it didn't auto generate its own RMA # and I could input my own to send to the customer.

UPDATED: Sorry guys, I totally understand charging for the service, but your price points are so far wrong it is not funny in the app ecosystem. Uninstalling. Running an apparel business, if I didn't have a rock solid returns system for wrong sizing I am not sure the business stays viable. Awful app. Cannot customize the email. So it says from AFTERSHIP and not our company name. Support takes way to long to answer and they don't have phone support. Do not recommend.

Works great. Nice and streamlined. Easy to approve or reject returns. Only change I would recommend is to be able to open the order page on a separate tab when clicking the order number from the Aftership returns center.

Amazingly easy to incorporate . Effective way to handle returns and gives the customers a professional looking gateway to interact during the return process.

Great app but What about exchanges ? As a small business we shouldn't be focused on returning money back but instead finding the correct item for that customer. Please add an exchange feature and ill pay 9.99 a month haha

Love the app! Exceeded my expectations but needs to be more customizable. Looking forward to future enhancements.
