Many customers have reported that return notifications don't work, plus limited customizations, limited accounts, and the worst customer service and support ever.
First, please accept my apology for the experience you had. It is unfortunate to know that you didn't have the best experience using our app and wished for the features to be more flexible. Supports DPD NL for automated returns labels, but not DPD UK.... The automated UPS Labels also show the Product Title on the label itself, which cannot be turned off. This leaves you open to having your parcel stolen, when anyone who looks at the label can see what is inside.

For now we only support DPD NL and DPD UK is not supported yet. However, we are continuously working to improve the application, integrate more couriers and introduce more features. Great customer service. And very good app! You still have to process returns and restock manually, but overall its a great portal to handle returns.

A super easy and quick way to semi-automate your returns. I wish it would adjust your stock levels when someone submits for an exchange rather then having it done manually

It seems to be a quite mature return app. hope your team can add one feature: - let customer choose refund and exchange at the same time in the same order - limit customer from applying several return requests per "item"

Great app and even better customer service. The support staff are very responsive and go above and beyond to assist with and solve any issues you might have. Highly recommend.

My experience with Deep was exceptional. He provided quick answers and was able to double check that all my changes were saved and confirmed with me that my issue was resolved in a very fast matter

Be aware they are still charging after you remove the app from your Shopify Store. They ask you to close every single acces of your staff.. closing the service is not enough. I can not imagine if you have so many staff.. And they are not responding basically SCAM.

I do not like that Postmen can not be integrated with Stamp.com I have not used the app fully to give it a solid review. I am just starting out.
