I wouldn't get the application, because once you set it up the return page is shown as "not secure" for all your customers. So Customers are going to be afraid to use this page and will have doubts about your shop. If you contact the support regarding this issue, they want 120$ just for fixing this problem. So up to you if you want to invest in this.
We apologize for the inconvenience. An SSL is needed to be activated on the domain to remove the Not Secure tag on the website which is the standard service across domains. It works in a similar way like your store domain where your domain provider activates the SSL certificate. SSL service is chargeable and hence does not comes bundled within the plan. I just downloaded this app but have yet to use it for returns. Set-up was fairly easy, besides having to link to a different app (which wasn't clear in the beginning). Customer service was helpful and answered right away, so that's a huge plus.

I am new to this app and haven't received any return requests yet but so far so good. Everything seems very straight forward. I am looking forward to taking full advantage of what it has to offer. One of my most valuable apps. Really helpful. Worth every penny. Have it for months now and REALLY takes away the stress of answering 500 emails about how to return stuff. Never had an issue with the app and today wanted to print my invoices and couldn't find them (wasn't looking on the right place) and Customer Service was amazing. Thanks guys!

Great customer service! We had a 7 day free trial and they offered to extend it to 14 since we needed a few more days to work out the kinks. Super awesome!

Nice app makes it so easy to handle returns. I would really love to see a feature to communicate with customer before approving the return and also an option to make adding the images mandatory on returns page.

This app is okay, but the support could be much better. Before installing I asked about offering stored credit. Once I completely implemented this in my business, I am not told that store credit as a return option is only available for Shopify Plus members. That plus the outsourced support and D+ in security made me quickly uninstall the app.
Please accept my sincere apology for the experience you had. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users. Refund to store credit is available with Shopify Plus users only as of now. Regards, Returns Center Team

I just started using this app and I found may way around it right away,. It's pretty easy and straight forward. And as soon as I had a question, there was someone to answer my questions in the chat box. It would be great if we could crop/move the hero picture of the return page when we customize it. Other than that, it's pretty good!
