Easy to set up and support is fast and quick! I just wish the free version came with more than 3 returns a month. overall recommend. seems like a great addition for your store!

After reviewing other return apps, Returns Center is by far the best for our growing business. The customer support goes above and beyond any app I have ever tried. They chat back instantly and offer screen share to help you get your returns process running smoothly FAST. Update: I've been using this app for about a month now, have processed some returns, and it has significantly made my life easier. Returns are no longer a huge hassle, and it has cut my customer service email by almost 90%. If you're a small brand looking to simplify returns this is a fantastic option. Initial review: Great UX/UI, really simple and easy to find everything. Returns page customization, matches my store design which is great. Looking forward to simplifying returns using this app. I had a few questions and Pawan answered them quickly. Also, the price is really affordable.

We have been using the Aftership app for over two years now, and we are fully satisfied. Everything's automated and the support team is very reactive!

ATTENTION when using for international returns! After one month of using the app, international returns couldn't be processed anymore because the HS Code wasn't fetched correctly and provided to the carrier. Unfortunately, this makes the app useless for international returns since the only solution offered was to completely manual insert every return label information for each return - makes the app completely useless for this matter. Unfortunately, the customer support is not giving any update for 2 months, just saying they are working on it - same answers over and over. When asking for more specific information or an ETA the answer is "No ETA has been shared". Very unhelpful, especially if you are paying for the service.

I have been using this app for a while now , and it works great , the technical team support i got was amazing to integrate and trouble shoot any issues, the developer was very patient and helpful and explained all the steps for us including insert custom coding . we recommend this app to be used for tracking and returns and other features.

There have been some frustrating issues going on with billing, however Aftership has been very helpful with our account issues. They set up a google meet just to let me share my screen. I have not had any other app take the time to do that for us. We have used them for a year, and hope to use them for more years to come.
