I have to admit that aftership returns is the best and intuitive app to handle the headache of return process. As a business owner, it's not always to deal with clients. I needed more options they provide and a customer service to walk me through this sofware. I recommand you this app.

This time they were helpful this time in helping me to get my account back to the correct plan. It was fairly easy when they walked me through it but overall not the most user friendly.

Easy to customize, navigate and get assistance. I enjoy the free trials because as a new business with limited capital it helps to try out apps and see how they integrate with your shop and then you can upgrade as earn funds.

I was looking for a free way to create a return center on my website and there free plan was filled with all the features I needed. It is a great option for me since I only process a few returns each month. I also use a few of their other services so it was very simple to integrate into my website.
