The app is pretty confusing to use, but is valuable for tracking returns. The functionality of the app is good, but it can be hard to find where to make the update you want or why something isn't working. Neha jumped on a call to walk through the setup with me, which was above and beyond my expectations.

Awesome app!! The integration with shopify platform went smooth, without any problems. The app provide a lot of features for free. Definitely recommended. And the support it's great! Nalinee the best!!

Easy to setup and great for customers to easily navigate and arrange returns. Customer support is quick to respond and get service done as requested.
