Awesome, however so hard to find out where to edit email templates that are being sent to customers. How can we edit that? :S Been trying to find it for 15 minutes now.

The app has been useful to assist in returns, however we often experienced difficulties opening the app to use.

Provides a great for what can be a difficult process. I look forward to using this in my store. It is much better than the returns protocol I was going to use.

I really like AfterShip Returns... with the new update of 10/2019 it has improved a lot! New multilingual features and a new simple look... Attention however, on the site is written "All features included" on all plans, while in the setting Language the multilingual is given only for higher tariff plans... not good!!

works well to organize our exchanges but there should be a function to issue a store credit within the shopify system since they do not offer this.
Hello, thank you for your review ;) In our returns center, Shopify Plus users can issue gift card directly to customers, need to do some manual setup first. Great app!But if possible would like to be able to resend the customers their return instructions. Some customers claim they did not receive so a resend button will be great.

UPDATE: well now they won't let us access the app and want to charge us a per user a cost of $10/month. Will be trying to find another app that the developers are not thieves. The app performs very well and is easy to use. We would like to be able to set a different email address to send RMA requests to as that's a separate department that needs to handle them instead of the store owner. Also, if we could add notes or other details to the request/response before it's sent that would be welcome too.

The app is ok just need to make better integration for return shipping labels,after ship returns are expenisve

Seems to be helpful with returns. Using the basic plan for now and will see how things go. Would like options for the theme but will try to find our own HTML.

I haven't fully tested yet, as I just recently set up my store. But I really appreciate the easy and customer-friendly use!

Good price and easy to use. Wasn't able to customise notifications sent to a customer, so am leaving a review to hopefully unlock this capability

Absolute disgrace of an organisation. Changed the app without notifying so that you now need to pay per user. Basically locked us out of the app as our Afterpay email was different from the Shopify staff emails. Will be deleting and finding an alternative app. Unethical and totally shameful.
