Every eCommerce store should be using something on this caliber when it comes to managing product and company reviews. For the money you are not going to get a better option. The support is great and they were able to make sure everything in our theme worked well with their code. This is going to be a fantastic tool during the holiday season and moving forward.

We've been using reviews.co.uk for over a year now and the experience has been really good. Support has always been quite quick and it seems they're always improving the platform - however I wish there were more options in terms of customisation. Highly recommended!

Reviews are a great way to add some UGC to your website and get a real flavour of what customers actually think about your brand. Installation was very easy and the console is very simple to use. Highly recommend this app.

We were assured everything was running as it should be with our account but couldn't see any reviews present, I jumped on the online chat and Mollie helped rectify the problem quickly and was as efficient as ever in resolving the issue for me. :)

We chose to work with Reviews.co.uk after an ongoing bad experience with an alternative provider. In the past we'd struggled with the integration aspects due to poor documentation from the partner. Working with the Reivews.co.uk team has been a breeze. Seamless integration, great service and a great product. Nothing has been too much hassle for them and we'd happily recommend them to anyone.

The key thing for us is getting Google Merchant Stars when customers find us in Google shopping etc. Reviews.co.uk is a certified partner so Google counts these reviews and awards us stars accordingly. Reviews.co.uk is the lowest cost provider I found and they are a small, attentive team that respond to any support queries quickly. The dashboard on reviews.co.uk is very easy to use so you can setup your emails as required, other than that it's all a very simple, pain free process and the shopify integration is useful, as it automates email requests for reviews being sent out. Summary: Google star certified, lowest cost, good service, easy to install and use. I can't think of any improvement really. Very happy.
