I just started using this app. So far so good. Pete has really helped me along the way. A few little hiccups with setting things up, and tricky to grasp everything, but the support has been great so far. I do wish they had a few more training courses available to help newbies or an option for a flat rate to get a bit more support and direction. However, the software and features are pretty great for the price. I think this will be a true asset to my store.

I was fortunate to have Abbie assist me setting up a loyalty and referral program and can't say enough here about the fantastic service I received. The cost of the app can't be beat for what you get. While the free app has everything I need to get started, I opted for the Scale plan with a fully customized landing page and more enhanced options. This plan is still WAY less expensive than the majority of loyalty programs. Plus it is extremely straightforward and easy to use and understand (both from a customer perspective and a user perspective). The landing page was beautifully developed according to my established theme in just a short time. All my questions were answered and I was supported every step of the way. Too bad I can't leave more stars but I can't recommend this app enough.

Using Rivo for a referrals progam and so far so good. Had some initial issues testing (due to their fraud detection tools I was unaware of), but was able to get some superb customer service from Jel on the support team. She was kind enough to provide a screen recording to validate that everything was working as expected. Looking forward to seeing this help drive loyalty with our customers and brand!

Great experience with Pete, who helped set up the initial settings. He was also very helpful with other features on the app, as well as some of our other website features as well.

INCREDIBLE customer support! I chatted with Pete, at 10:55pm, with urgent requests to embed features into my theme. I was worried it would be too late for someone to help me efficiently. He was timely, professional, and took care of all of my requests either with helpful explanations or by doing it for me (which I greatly appreciated). Highly recommend!!!

We've been using Rivo for about 6 months and have had an amazing experience so far. Their customer service is top tier β fast, efficient, and extremely helpful. Jel was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to upgrade our account with features outside of our paid plan to help us get the best use out of the app. Would definitely recommend!
