Rivo's interface for setting up the specific points and referral programs was clean and pleasant to work with. I had some queries, and Paul from Rivo got back to me quickly. He was an excellent help

Some of the best support of any app. Sent weeks searching for a good loyalty app, and this one shined, the support is second to none and is great when your a active business owner on a crunch, with little knowledge about code related stuff. I got live chat help for installation and customization and that was all it took to sell me! My last loyalty program only did email support. When I reached out with a question, I got actual help, not just links to articles!
