Have just installed the app. So far everything seems to work, and customer support is excellent, fast, efficient. Arianne was super helpful and even provided extra tips.

I got to hand it to the Rivo app and the support team. Jel is a awesome team rep. When I say awesome I mean AWESOME. What i didn't understand Jel made it clear and precise, any question that I had Jel had me covered on all ends making it easier for me to navigate the app. Thanks Jel you were a big help for me and my business.

One of the best customer service I have had on Shopify period! Arianne was super helpful, sorted out things with me and was quick on the reply. The platform is easy to use, and has lots of features to play with! Also has POS integration which Arianne pointed out which is super useful! She managed to give up loads of goodies on the app and was just super helpful! Was with Loyalty Lion before this and they don't really have a "customer service", and takes days to reply. SO based on that, Rivo is Awesome!!!

Rivo got some really cool features that make it easy to start a loyalty program. I especially like that there's no limit on how many customers can join or how many emails you can send. Plus, their support is amazing. IsJel helped me out so much, and she was super patient while she got everything set up for me.

The supporting team is excellent, very quick response and helpful. Especially shouting out for Jel. All the features are easy to use. And the app is with great value. I really like the idea of tiered loyalty programme. The only thing is I really want the feature that the customer could have discount on every order they make once they reach certain tier rather than one-time off discount. I'll be so happy to update my plan as long as this feature becomes available.
