Overall a great app, with terrific customer service. However limited integrations with other apps I use, and getting the functionality I needed, involved being upgraded to levels that were not affordable for me.

The customer support is the best, in fact, Pete is an one of the best Reps. This is the reason im given Rivo 4 stars. In order to give the app 5 stars, i need to try it first. Thanks Pete :)

Real easy to use and great customer service. thanks to the advisor who attended to me. Would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to boost customer satisfaction.

Great app so far, Yaci has helped me a lot with it so thank you to her! Like the integration a lot, wish it had more customizable features for a free user. I am just a small store at the moment so it has to be free. Hopefully I can move on to paid plans in future.

I'm giving a 4 star for customer service. Abbie helped to understand how to use the app and some extra information to get better results for my store. She was very helpful and nice. Thanks again Abbie! Will change star rating after I see the results of using app but I think it will change to a 5 star.

Customer service is always quick to respond, anyone we interact with is more than happy to help. Lance was great with what I needed today. The only downside is the free plan doesn't offer much, but it works for what we need right now.

I really enjoy the app for my small business, and I'm using the free version! Super surprised at how quick the customer service is and how helpful they are. It's hard to come by that now a days. Jel was great with helping me with the few questions I had!

I am still learning the app and what it offers but so far I find it to be user friendly. I had amazing customer service via the web chat with Abbie. She was very helpful. I have no complaints!

This app was very helpful in helping in creating new ways to obtain and hold onto new customers in an effective manner. Pete had excellent customer service and was a great help.

I used this app to establish a rewards program on my site, and there are definitely a LOT of different features to choose from. Customer service/support has always been amazing.

I wish birthday points were available for free, but other than that this app provides a lot! Customer service is great!

Arianne was very helpful. The one thing i think needs changing with the app, is the customer section. It's not accurate with the customers signing up. It seems to just add customers, but these customers havent necisarily signed up to the app.

Having a loyalty program has certainly encouraged our customers to return. The customer service is quick to respond to questions I have had and help me with some of the details when setting up. I would highly recommend!

Easy to use app, and very good for building customer loyalty and receiving their registration, the only negative note is the free service is a little limited
