Great. Love the on-site option, easy to use, and better than similar priced competitors. Minus one star because itβs a bit clunky to use and force to look the way you want it to. I have to refresh a lot to continue to get the app customizer to display properly on the Shopify back end. Not sure if thatβs an app thing or Shopify, but it get frustrating during set up. But other than that, customer service is great and I love it so far.

Jel- was amazing help today. She solved our issue and also gave us feedback that was very helpful. She is a rockstar of a worker and I really appreciated what she did for the store. She needs a promotion!!! 4 star on app, 5 star on customer support specialist.

The app is good and easy to use for my customers. The customer service is awesome, quick and helpful responses. I just hate they nearly doubled their prices but it's still not as expensive as some other apps. I definitely would recommend to others.

We started this on a pilot basis and early results are encouraging. The support desk (Mica) was very helpful in getting to know about doubts and resolving issues

I had Pete to help me out today, he was able to completely increase my customer limit on my store get rid of the 'powered by Rivo' branding at the bottom, and even moved the widget across the screen to not interfere with my other widgets for me.

Overall a great app, with terrific customer service. However limited integrations with other apps I use, and getting the functionality I needed, involved being upgraded to levels that were not affordable for me.

Great app so far, Yaci has helped me a lot with it so thank you to her! Like the integration a lot, wish it had more customizable features for a free user. I am just a small store at the moment so it has to be free. Hopefully I can move on to paid plans in future.

I'm giving a 4 star for customer service. Abbie helped to understand how to use the app and some extra information to get better results for my store. She was very helpful and nice. Thanks again Abbie! Will change star rating after I see the results of using app but I think it will change to a 5 star.

Customer service is always quick to respond, anyone we interact with is more than happy to help. Lance was great with what I needed today. The only downside is the free plan doesn't offer much, but it works for what we need right now.

I really enjoy the app for my small business, and I'm using the free version! Super surprised at how quick the customer service is and how helpful they are. It's hard to come by that now a days. Jel was great with helping me with the few questions I had!
