I had a person called Dan, helping me with the issue I had. It was super pleasant to talk with him and my issue was solved very fast! Very satisfied with the quick response from their team. I use both Rivo Loyalty and Reviews and my experience so far has been very good. Seems like a mature app, not technical issues, and when I've needed help their techs (looking at you Paul) have been prompt and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
