After spending about 20 minutes trying to find what I needed on my own, I realised it was much easier and more effective to reach out and chat with them. There was a large learning curve to get the app set up and running. But, support is always available to quickly answer questions. Been using the app for a few months now and it's working well.

Amazing app. It has some really useful features and the customer support team is phenomenal. They respond within seconds and they are very knowledgable. As a store owner, this app is showing a lot of results and our customers are super happy to be using the rewards system we have. It increased engagement and purchases.

The reward system setup is much simpler and more convenient compared to other apps. Even if there are aspects you’re not familiar with, the support team responds quickly and works hard to resolve any issues. Thanks to this, I was able to build the reward system without fear. If anyone is looking to implement a reward system on their own website for the first time, I highly recommend this app.
