We’re new to the Rivo platform, and our experience so far has been excellent. Arianne was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions and guiding us through the setup. The app itself is amazing—by far one of the best we’ve used. Huge thanks to Arianne for her outstanding support!

The app was a bit hard to navigate at first but it gets easier the more you use it. Bryan was super fast to answer in the chat support when we could not get the tiers to work, but he guided us through it and now it works just as expected!

So glad I decided to go with Rivo. I was having a few issues setting it all up so I emailed them. Arianne responded back promptly and fixed both of the issues fast. One of the best customer service experiences I have had. Arianne went above and beyond. I also like all the options that Rivo offers.
