Rivo: Loyalty Program, Rewards

We have been using this app for approximately four years, and the customer support provided by this company has been truly outstanding throughout that time. The team consistently demonstrates availability, prompt responses, and a strong ability to provide clear and helpful explanations, conveying confidence in every interaction. We spent seven weeks trying to set up Rivo and were never able to launch because of a technical issue on their side with the advocate reward not auto-applying. We went through every troubleshooting step they asked, recreated API keys and ran multiple test purchases, but the issue was never resolved. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. Despite the problem completely blocking our launch, we received no meaningful updates and it was unclear whether the issue was being prioritised at all. This gave us very little confidence in Rivo’s reliability or how quickly future issues would be handled. We’ve now had to move to another provider after investing a significant amount of time trying to get this working. Not a good experience and wouldn’t recommend.

We encountered an issue preventing integration with Klaviyo, which proved challenging to resolve. The problem was escalated to Rivo's engineers for troubleshooting. After concerted efforts from the entire team, we finally resolved this integration issue.
