He effortlessly increased my limit and removed the widget branding, all for free and without any push to upgrade. A big shoutout to Pete for making this journey so smooth. Just amazing. I tried installing other loyalty app for my store but it won't install and i spent a lot of time trying to fix installation related problems. Rivo was super easy. installed quickly, configured in minutes and launched within hours. Support is super responsive and helpful

I literally just came to update the site and the app and was met with awesome customer service and rewards by Paul. Very unexpected, but very appreciated. I've been using the loyalty app for about a year, and although I'm still building a customer base, those that have used the loyalty points have appreciated it's ease of use. Thank you Rivo!

I was immediately contacted by chat as soon as the app was installed. The rep not only answered all my questions but also made simple change on his end to make my site more professional. He sent me links with step by step instructions and answered all my questions. If the app works as great as the customer service rep this is score for my business!!

My shop has only sold a few items but they are very helpful. They always respond quickly and solve problems easily. If I get more customers for my shop, I will definitely use them for a fee. Of course, the app is very easy to use.
