Easy to setup, customer service is responsive, if only they allow more reward types in the free programme so we can try out which features our customers like before deciding to upgrade the programme.

Abbie was the most helpful customer service person I have ever dealt with. She responded to all of my questions and comments immediately, fulfilled my requests and then some. Abbie went above and beyond and even pointed out some helpful tips to improve my website that had nothing to do with Rivo. I would recommend Rivo and Abbie to anyone! Rivo itself is an incredibly useful app. It is easy and quick to setup and leads to many more sales for your loyalty program. No need to pay a programmer when you can just install Rivo, edit a couple settings, and you are ready to go. Give it a try, it's free!

Oh my, I'm blown away by great service from Rivo team. We're looking for better loyalty app to replace LoyaltyLion as their Small Business package only allows us to modify the color of the widget, which is not great for branding. Their Basic Plan and Advanced Plan are too expensive for us. We have been checking Yotpo and Smile.io Smile.io service is great and easy to get in touch with. However, their Gold Plan does not support a dedicated Loyalty Page. We ended up choosing Yotpo. Because they don't have a trial period to see what they have inside for the Gold Plan, I tried so hard to ask for just a demo call. Ridiculous, right? But it's the truth. The guy in the demo call wanted to sell me the Reviews app while I was asking him about the Loyalty one. I even asked for a one or three-day trial with the Gold Plan to see what we could do inside, but they said they're not allowed to. I paid 249usd to upgrade from the free version to the Gold Plan. After that, I realized that many of the features they claimed were included in the Gold Plan but were not. I contacted customer service to get the answer that we need to upgrade to the Premium plan to have it. Such a liar. I was furious, of course. And then we checked Rivo, and their service is on the opposite side. They're supportive, friendly, and professional. They offered us a super good deal to go through this difficult time of E-commerce. We appreciate that. I also discover that Rivo even has two other apps, which are FREE and completely FREE. Check it out if you're a small business like us.

One of the best app on Shopify. offers great programs and features but most importantly a world class service. Mica from Rivo did a great job helping us integrate the system perfectly with out system. It was a great help. Definitely recommend this 100%.

Abbie was amazingly patient as I explained what I did wrong and what I needed fixed. Because I was transitioning websites it made things challenging so in haste I deleted a page I shouldn't have. Abbie logged in and solved the problem in like 1 minute max. Best customer service and so happy I chose Rivo!

Great customer service, the product is easy to use. I only wish you could upgrade the free program to change branding on the widget. But, overall great experience and cool people!
