So far I am loving Rivo! The step by step instructions are so easy and clean to work through to get set up! Customer support is friendly and answers your chat in a timely manor. Arianne was positive, beyond helpful and even complimented us on our website and branding. Knowing they have a customer support team who cares about their customers, even if you on the free plan, is super important to a business who also highly values authentic customer support!

The app is easy to use and relatively straightforward. It also does what it says it does. Customer service was incredibly fast and helpful. I think I'm going to stick with them.

Rivo, Rivo's customer service and all the service and platform Rivo is building is simply fantastic, everything is perfectly well explained with articles straight to the point, if encountering any issue support team is there to provide with super fast solutions, and the tool itself... wow! 5 stars cause there are no more!

Rivo definitely has one of the best supports in the whole Shopify! Pete from support team he helped me increase my customer cap for my rewards program, and he went above and beyond what I asked him, by suggesting other cool stuff. he has given me the best customer support experience. I decided to go with this app as compared to any other because of the simplicity of adding things and being cost efficient. The app had a pop up for getting close to max, so I started to talk to Abbie. She was fun to talk to, helped be above and beyond what I was expecting, and even gave me a tip on improving my website a step further. Thank you Abbie! You are awesome! If you're contemplating this app with others, you should do this one. Great customer service! 10/10

We are new with Rivo, and haven't launched our website yet but we were extremely happy with customer service, Pete, to be specific, who was as fast as one can be, and extremely helpful with any questions. Very supportive! We are looking forward to successful results with Rivo.
