I'm enjoying how user friendly it is. I watched the tutorial and it was very helpful. I also had two chats with your customer service reps. The second one was Pete. He went above and beyond to help me. I was tired and working late at night and he was not only helpful but I found him to be very kind and accommodating. He even include some meems that really made the tasks I was working on pleasant. Thank you Pete, youre the best!!

I have to say that the customer service is really amazing. I had a problem with the app in 2 consecutive days and the customer service reply in less than 1 minute in both situations and helped me solve the issue. And the app is really good to. Recomend it.

To me the most important part of any service and experience is the customer support and willingness to help. This app offers outstanding customer service, the representative I had, Arianne, went above and beyond her duties to make me feel appreciated and even went as far as making suggestions for my store with a step by step for me to learn with. I am so grateful for the help I received!

Pete was WONDERFUL! He went over and beyond! I have a free account with Rivo and let me say - you get SOOO MUCH! Once my store grows, I will definitely upgrade my account to unlock all full features! Their customer service support is WONDERFUL too! and I have spoken with a handful of support associates at Rivo. This is HONESTLY the best app for their customer rewards and loyalty program. THE BEST, hands-down!! I downloaded so many other apps that weren't good enough until Rivo. The ease of setup is what I genuinely appreciate. This is my honest review. Thank you guys!

Been using the rewards app for a year now, and have lots of customers signed up and enjoying the rewards. Bryan has been most helpful with any questions and things I wanted to do, only problem is I need to move the customers and their points to our new website, and currently there isn't an export CSV way to do this, so we will need to manually input the customers into a CSV form and import them to the new website, which will be time consuming.

Have used this app for a while now. The set-up was easy, never had any issues at all. So many good features on the free plan alone. The customer service has been outstanding. I dealt with Abbie and she went above and beyond for me. If you are looking for a loyalty program - look no further. RIVO won't disappoint!
