Great reward program with many customizations. Perfect for small shops but also for bigger ones. Support is terrific. Absolutely the best support I have had with any app maker.

I have nothing but great thing to say about the app features as well as the support I have received from their team. I have had this app for over a year now, and every time I have reached out with a question or for general support, the team has worked with me 1-1, immediately and my issues were resolved within minutes. I would highly recommend this and any other app that is being run by this team.

So far the app is great and very user friendly. Today was my first time using the app and I needed help with exporting my previous customer's order history. When I reached out for help Arianne went above and beyond. She answered my question very quickly and even offered some very helpful advice about the layout of my website in general . She even provided links on how to edit and improve that feature. As a result my site looks will look more professional. Thank you again Arianne.

Abbie was very patient and very helpful to me as I set up my app. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She never rushed me or made me feel like I needed to hurry. Even when I was gone for several minutes she right there when I came back to her.

This is a loyalty app, it's great, It has all the functions you'll need and more, but I don't tend to write a review because an app does what it says. I'm writing a review because I recently moved from another shopping cart, and the move came with loads of problems moving my reward system. The great people at Rivo were able to transfer my 15 year old reward system with well over 3 million outstanding reward points. The team has gone above and beyond to create a loyal customer out of me for years. Every experience with customer service is great. They escalate issues they cant solve immediately, and the team fixes the problem! Give it the 7 day free trial if it you need a loyalty program. This is the team you want to have your back, and understandsΒ the needs of an e-commerce store.
