Rivo: Loyalty Program, Rewards

Paul helped me get Rivo set up on my website. He was absolutely the most helpful. Awesome experience. Looking forward to using the app to help my customers get rewards.

Just coming back to the app. I've had success with it before, now trying to be more deliberate with it, and hopefully generate a lot of sales. Jel helped me re-set up the app, and I appreciate her help. She went above and beyond for me, and saved me a lot of time. Would recommend this app for the customer service alone!!

Have just installed and so far super easy, super fast to load. Im new to this app and can already see the conversions coming through. Abbie was really helpful and manually moved over all my 400 members from a different rewards app. This was so helpful as my CSV file wasn't working. Arianne has also been very helpful and solved all my queries and issues and i even upgraded to the paid plan because she gave me a 3 month deal for 50% off.
