This app was really easy to get set up and I really appreciate that there's a forever free plan! As a small biz, sometimes the 14 day trials are just too short to know if it's the right fit, and all the app fees add up fast. Thank you Rivo! Abbie with customer support started the chat with me shortly after I finished the setup wizard. She quickly answered some of my questions and added a few small bonus features. That small gesture really made my day. I'm already a fan of this app based on the customer support! One of the most fun customer support chats I've had :D

I have used this app since my business started last fall, and I am so happy to have the option to add product reviews as ways to earn points now. Betty was extremely helpful in showing me how to integrate the apps and it took about 30 seconds! Amazing!!

I used this app to attract repeat buyers, which it definitely does! Shortly after I installed it, I chatted with Pete in customer service who helped my increase my customer limit and he also proactively helped me with a few other tips to help me improve my shop! He was delightful to work with, very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. EXCELLENT, easy, and very responsive customer service!

This is by far the best and easiest to use loyalty program app, as it has everything that you need to create the best program that suits your online store. Also their customer support is top notch! They reply instantly.

Really easy to use and great as an incentive for customers to keep returning. We needed to have a few things amended and Lance sorted them out with no problem at all. Highly recommend this app and the staff working behind the scenes
