So far I am loving Rivo! The step by step instructions are so easy and clean to work through to get set up! Customer support is friendly and answers your chat in a timely manor. Arianne was positive, beyond helpful and even complimented us on our website and branding. Knowing they have a customer support team who cares about their customers, even if you on the free plan, is super important to a business who also highly values authentic customer support!

Yes, so I was having a hard time setting up my rewards program and the customer service was so helpful. Quick response and help me acquire desired results. Phenomenal experience. And I really appreciate how I was able to be assisted in the most professional manner that I have experienced during the process of setting up my new Shopify store.

The app is easy to use and relatively straightforward. It also does what it says it does. Customer service was incredibly fast and helpful. I think I'm going to stick with them.
