Abbie was soo nice and quick to assist in what I had contacted Rivo for. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to using Rivo Loyalty. It was also very easy to implement and I'm sure I will contact the team again if I run into any more questions.

Rivo is such a great app! The customer service is so good! I had Abbie as a rep and she made the process so easy to understand and she was extremely helpful! She honestly put me in a better mood! Customer Service A1.

Rivo, Rivo's customer service and all the service and platform Rivo is building is simply fantastic, everything is perfectly well explained with articles straight to the point, if encountering any issue support team is there to provide with super fast solutions, and the tool itself... wow! 5 stars cause there are no more!

Great app so far, really easy to get around. Abbie had me set up in seconds, nothing like the other apps that require you to have entry-level coding

Paul was awesome with assisting me with what I needed done. He was very nice and Service was prompt. Responded to all of my questions within seconds. So far the app looks very good. It was easy to set up and and I am excited to use it with my customers when my store launches!

Rivo definitely has one of the best supports in the whole Shopify! Pete from support team he helped me increase my customer cap for my rewards program, and he went above and beyond what I asked him, by suggesting other cool stuff. he has given me the best customer support experience. My clients love Rivo for my online metaphysical store! It works for both products and services! It even automatically provides my clients with additional points for their birthdays. As a store owner, I love how quick the Rivo Support response time is via chat. Quick and easy and super friendly. 10/10 shopify app.

Pete at Rivo helped me fix a minor issue within 10 minutes. He also gave me a few valuable tips for my store. The app is really slick and has a lot of functionality and customizations available. I think the app will pay for itself over time.
