Great app for offering customer loyalty rewards. Live chat is amazing and has helped with any issues I have had. Constantly being improved and updated. Would highly recommend :-)

We haven't officially kicked off this app yet - but I will say that the customer support has already been amazing! I've never had anyone as responsive during the setup process (James - you rock!).

I have been using the rewards part of this app for awhile now (at least a year). It is very easy to use and straightforward on both ends. Pete from customer support is very friendly, kind, and helpful. I really appreciate his help with upgrading the amount of customers I could have sign up. Thanks a bunch!

We just downloaded the App to try, and it is awesome! This is after we have done a detailed study of various Loyalty Apps offered on Shopify Store. RIVO is not only well designed and developed, its charging structure is the most reasonable too. We started our testing on Sunday. Yet, the support chat was active and was super-fast. We don’t think the reply is machine-based as the answers were precise and solved the problem instantly. Even if it is machine-based, RIVO must be using a first-class Q&A robot!

Easy to set up and support is very fast. We use the free version and you can still customize the text and colors.

This app has enabled us to offer our customers a little something back to encourage their continued loyalty. It was super easy to customise everything to suit our business and recently Bernice from the support team was extremely helpful in making some updates to our account. Highly recommend.
