So far the app is great and very user friendly. Today was my first time using the app and I needed help with exporting my previous customer's order history. When I reached out for help Arianne went above and beyond. She answered my question very quickly and even offered some very helpful advice about the layout of my website in general . She even provided links on how to edit and improve that feature. As a result my site looks will look more professional. Thank you again Arianne.

Been using this app for a while now. Just contacted them as I needed the reward button moved on our home page and had no idea how to do it. Nothing was too much trouble and the button was moved within minutes. Very happy with the app and the support provided.

First off, Rivo has the BEST customer service. This is my second app with them and the experience has been amazing. Abbie was soooo helpful and got me squared away quickly and with care. I can tell she really cares about the success of the businesses she helps. Super grateful as I am just now launching my store.

L'app è molto completa, e il servizio clienti è ottimo, sono stato seguito da Abbie, bravissima super gentile è molto professionale. Per ora sto usufruendo del piano gratuito, ha funzioni molto limitate ma comunque ottime. Prevedo di passare ad altri piani in futuro.
