Abbie was very patient and very helpful to me as I set up my app. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She never rushed me or made me feel like I needed to hurry. Even when I was gone for several minutes she right there when I came back to her.

Rivo provided me with excellent customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. They were able to help resolve my issues very quickly. On top of that, the app has a very clean interface with a great amount of features that will definitely boost customer engagement. Thank you Abbie for the help :)

It's really easy to set up and use, plus their customer service is excellent! Abbie took care of all my questions and then some! I had recently updated to the 2.0 theme and she noticed a few things that didn't carry over in the update! She was absolutely fabulous! Plus my customers love they can redeem for rewards and it counts for prior purchases too!

This is a loyalty app, it's great, It has all the functions you'll need and more, but I don't tend to write a review because an app does what it says. I'm writing a review because I recently moved from another shopping cart, and the move came with loads of problems moving my reward system. The great people at Rivo were able to transfer my 15 year old reward system with well over 3 million outstanding reward points. The team has gone above and beyond to create a loyal customer out of me for years. Every experience with customer service is great. They escalate issues they cant solve immediately, and the team fixes the problem! Give it the 7 day free trial if it you need a loyalty program. This is the team you want to have your back, and understands the needs of an e-commerce store.

Hands down the best customer service I ever received. The app is smooth and very user-friendly. Definitely recommend going with Rivio instead of all other competitors

I am blown away at how amazing Rivo customer service is. Since starting my small business I have found a lot of B2B apps and services are trying to take advantage of me. Just following my dreams, but Rivo is the first to really seem like they want to help. Also they actually help. Like really help. Right when I needed it. Great job guys!

Honestly blown away by the best customer service Ive ever received! Abbie is a real rockstar she helped me with patience and kindness really went above and beyond it is refreshing to see such excellent customer service! She is a true gem and her company will do great as long as they have her on board! Such a kind and beautiful soul also provided the upmost customer service I have ever received! I am still new to Rivo, but so far the customer service is amazing, specially Pete. He took the time to check the my set up and give me tips on how to best adjust my points/rewards for my price point.
