I love this app. It is incredible. I searched Shopify for so long trying to find an app that was budget affordable and still did what I wanted, I could not find any loyalty app that was within in my budget, and I could not afford to spend more being such a small business and in the midst of COVID-19. When I found loyalty hero it honestly made my week! 110% recommend, the experience with them has been more than just worth it. Thank you for providing a loyalty app for free. The setup was easy, and there was even an instructional video to help me. It was up and running within a matter of minutes! I would definitely recommend this to any businesses looking to retain customers!

Nice and simple to use. There was simple introduction video that was easy to follow and setting up the program was simple. It will be nice to see how this benefits our company.

Works right out of the box. Totally customizable which we LOVE. Perfect integration with our store. Our customers and staff love it. It’s easy to use. And the customer service is the uh-mazing!

The app worked really well and was super easy to install. It automatically linked to my shop without me even having to do anything. I already have customer signing up for rewards. I was able to customize how customers were able to earn rewards and the color scheme to match my websites.

This is App is very easy to use and doesn't require coding experience. The only cons of this app is a lack of customization. I wish there was a lot more design customizations like adding your own logos, more ways to earn rewards, and different tiers for customers. I guess you can't ask for too much since this app is Free. And the amount of what you get easily beats the other apps' Free plans.

I used this app to make a rewards program for my customers. Wroks really well, the only thing id love fo them to add is a way to reward when customers send peole to my website ( kind of like affiliate) as well as make it an option to NOT include the shipping and tax charges towards the rewards. They said they are working on this, so that will be awesome!
