Customer support was amazing and so quick. Had an issue with importing reviews, was given clear instructions and troubleshooting options to make it work, and was successful. Arianne was amazing help and so fast to reply. 10/10!

I don't how these folks get so many positive reviews. I've had to contact them so many times about review request emails not being sent, among other problems. They respond politely but take days to "investigate" the problem. Plus, I receive no emails letting me know that I've received a new review. I recently discovered I had bad review left on my website and I had no idea, so I couldn't respond. Terrible app.

So far, it's doing everything I need it to. Most of all, customer support is positively above and beyond. I can't praise that enough.

The Rivo app is easy to use and has generated a lot of great reviews for me without needing to do anything! The automations are fantastic and there are even follow-up emails sent as reminders when requesting reviews. I have contacted support for various reasons and often I am connected to Jel. Jel is fantastic, quick, and efficient! Jel is always so helpful and friendly, which I appreciate so much.

Product is good and easy to understand, and team response (Ms. Arianne) was also great and supportive, but Rivo app is a bit costly (14 days trial) for beginners as compared to judge.me (free plan forever) and Air app (avada) free.

So far I must say the app is working well. What I am really impressed with is the customer service though. I needed help solving a little problem I had and Mica (Customer Rep) went above and beyond to not only solve my problem, but also provide added valuable information that I wasted not time implementing. :-) Happy Camper

Wow, this app is absolutely amazing and it won't cost you a dime! Mica, the customer service rep., was an absolute gem. She was so incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I needed, even though I'm not very tech-savvy. I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon both the app and the wonderful assistance of Mica. Thank you so much GUYS!!

Extraordinary fast live chat response. Also, Jel help me to remove the branding for free version and verify my shop which is really amazing. I really appreciate that they provide a lot of premium features in free version. Love it!
