客服回应非常详细，总体体验感非常不错，就是教程是英文的，设置框架不太清晰，建议出中文版入门设置教程。知乎上及百度上的教程太旧了，很多按钮已经进行改版了。需要推陈出新一版新的教程方便新加入使用的卖家们。

I just started using this app. It works perfectly, it imports all reviews from marketplaces, merges reviews I already have in my store, send emails to clients asking for reviews. Customer service is amazing. I believe I'll have very good results from it.
