The app distorts all product images on mobile. Their team won't help me. We pay hundreds of dollars a month for what?

Very poor support - I am a paying customer and literally just ignoring my emails.
Hello, We are truly sorry we disappointed you with our slow response time! It's caused by the fact that we're experiencing a high load of tickets due to an increased number of installations. Plus, as we analyzed, many of our new clients replaced our competitors' search apps with our app, which also contributed to an increase in installations. Searchanise fills the gaps that Shopify can't or won't. We use them because Search & Discovery won't allow filtering of as many products as we have in some collections. They also do 60 day best selling, so your sort order isn't locked into prioritizing some product that you blew out two years ago. They have so many features, and so many options to optimize. The fact is, if you need features beyond Search & Discovery you end up needing a service like Searchanise. Many of these are egregiously expensive or a huge drag on performance. Searchanise is neither. Their core app is really easy on performance. Their biggest performance drawback is a reliance on jquery, which usually takes longer to load than their app. Overall though, they try hard and provide incredibly responsive support. They help you work through issues and provide support to your developers for customizations. Shout out to Ksenya for helping us fix some of our more persistent issues. The impression I get is that the Searchanise team is always improving, and in this with us when it comes to plugging the gaps in Shopify's capabilities.

Great support from the Searchanise team. I've had the app on my store for some time anow and Elijah helped me with layout issues when I changed to a new theme recently. Super-fast response and quick resolution

Terrible support, terrible app. Firstly the app never picked up any of our branding colours, so had to spend over an hour of my time manually adding them in multiple places and then testing on the front end. The results returned were poor and inaccurate. The results page showed some weird narrow block of two product columns on desktop with no setting to say three columns. The filters with metafields simply did nothing on the front end despite all my products having metafields. Absolute waste of my time and having sent 5 emails to your so called support team and only one answered, I decided to uninstall and look elsewhere. Don't bother replying with the standard "Please contact our support team" because I certainly will not and would be another complete waste of time since you rudely ignore emails anyway!
Hello, After checking your ticket and all the emails we received from you, we can say that we sent you replies with an average speed of 53 minutes. We were never ignoring you, we needed some time to look into your problems to find a solution. Sadly, it wasn't fast enough for you and you continued our communication using inappropriate language (profanity) and insulted our support agents. In the end, we saw you uninstalled our app so we didn't get a chance to help you, unfortunately. The tool may be really powerful but when you are trying to set up your store and get it as quickly as possible and not having to go through a a full web developers course and getting 2 masters in order to do a task it will be much better. If you know how to code and develop this may be a tool for you if not do not even try I read so much and not success at all.

We have been trying out this app for about a week or so and we are loving it! It is really easy to setup and it looks really stunning on our site. We wanted to change some parts of the layout in the search results, and Stacy from their support team was extremely friendly and helpful, and has went out of her way to show us how to achieve exactly what we were after. Could not be more happy with their support and the app is amazing. Highly recommended!
