Overall, I am very happy with Selfnamed. I find their support quick and helpful, and the products are good. My only feedback would be to allow us to upgrade the packaging for a more premium feel. I believe this can be done, but it currently requires buying in bulk. Offering this option individually would greatly help us improve. Thank you!

When we first started with Selfnamed, it was good. There were a few things here and there that required some manual work to sync between Shopify and Selfnamed, but in the meantime they improved a lot, automated all the boring things and the process is as smooth as possible. They went from good to great, and we are very happy to work with them.

I would like to discuss my experience with Self Named (SN). I discovered self named via a Facebook ad. I was intrigued to know more and scheduled a video appointment with a self named representative. I discovered that SN offered the exact service i was looking for, to add skin care products under my own branding to my Shopify store. I initially tried to designs the products myself using their platform, but i quickly decided that i wanted to hire their designers to design this for me as i wanted a super professional look. I purchased their packed to design 5 products. The communication as been top class, particularly from Agnase who has been a huge support throughout the design process. I have now received and approved my products and I'm very happy with the service received from all member's of the team. I've only been using their platform for a month, but I can say that they are good products, with natural ingredients. Very customizable, with quality label and box printing. It makes creating your own skincare brand easy, with fast shipping and attentive support.

Selfnamed was the only one company in the whole world, that I choose to collaborate. They are the only one who fulfilled all of my requirements: to have the high quality products, ecocert and cosmos certified, to be supportive and knowledgeable, as well. I am cosmetic chemist, and I can tell they are stand out from the crowd. If I wasn't able to use their products and services, I would choose not to have company. I love all about Selfnamed. Selfnamed is a lifesaver if you want to dive into the beauty world without dealing with inventory. It's super easy to customize your own brand with lots of options for colors and packaging. The products are actually high-quality and the app integrates seamlessly with Shopify, making everything a breeze. The customer support is also super helpful. It's not the cheapest option out there, but overall, it's definitely worth it if you're serious about building a unique and high-quality skincare brand.

The products are really good as well as the support. They offer also a viratey of solutions for your design. Only negative point at the moment is that we do have some issues sometimes with the sync/fulfillment with the orders which leads to some delays in shipment

I really like the potential this app and platform has - the products are beautiful. But the customer service is really really slow and there are still a few bugs to be fixed. The currency is the same even if you switch location, so if a product is 5 Euros it will also show as 5GBP and 5USD on my bill which doesnt make sense and I'm unsure how much I'm really being charged. My customers keep getting angry because their shipping tracking numbers arent sent to them and their order status remains on "preparing" and on my end of it I also can't view any customer shipping tracking numbers so I can't help them.

Our system is charging the correct amounts in all the currencies - if you're facing some bugs regarding this, please reach out to [email protected], so we can help you. The tracking numbers can be found in your Selfnamed profile - the tracking number can be found by each order. We hope to bring the tracking numbers to Shopify soon as well. As for sending to your customers - currently we don't have a feature that would trigger an email from you - you'd need to send the tracking numbers to your customers.

So far i really like it. Its easy to understand and design, i really like the products and the print quality was also good, even tho i used png and not pdfs. Everything fine so far, also the support was very fast. The only thing i don't like is the delivery tracking, because it give false realtime information SOMETIMES... And overall the products are a bit expensive... but overall i like the app, the products i use them even myself and yeah, im thankfull!

I am really unsatisfied with this App right now. Creating products and syncing works but if you change in Shopify the Product details.. it will not sync anymore. I cannot automatically sync my orders it won't work. I wrote couple of email to the support but they won't answer and if they answer its already too late. They need couple of DAYS for answering urgent cases.. I also tried to place the orders on the self named website and also this does not work properly. How is this App even allowed on Shopify? I lost more money with this app then selling products. This is insane! There is also no live support chat available, no phone number only a email address and they need couple of days... Please do not waste your time with this app, now I need to change my whole concept of my shop and look for other Companies ... this will take again more time and money for me. AND THE BEST PART: You can't cancel any orders! Like imagine a customer places a order and the cancel it.. you will lose your money... happened to me already...

I have been working with selfnamed for one year and it has been an exciting journey! This company has grown a lot and has made a lot possible in the area of products and technical processes. There were also technical challenges, but the team was always very helpful in solving them. I never had the feeling of being left alone, I can't imagine a better team and support! A top partner
