The latest update takes away the manual re-sync of the products, resulting in less manual work to be done within Shopify. Takes care of the shipping profiles as well. The product grows and our shops too. Would be nice to be able to create bundles within selfnamed and those will be related to Shopify's product list.

I have been working for almost a year with Selfnamed to produce my skincare line for my brand. I have been very happy with the quality of the products and quick delivery to my shop. I'm giving 4 starts as I haven't tried the drop-shipping option yet but have been ordering products in bulk to my own workshop from where I am currently fulfilling customers orders.

Selfnamed is a really great place to start dipping your toe into the water of wet good cosmetics before committing to a large scale or or developing an expensive formula yourself. The site is really clear and really easy to navigate and makes creating your own artwork very easy as the instructions are so clear. We use canva and have been able to get away with using expensive designers for our graphic design testing. Delivery has been fast and very communicative. The products are seem to be high quality and ethics are considered which is important to our brand. We are excited to try the app now that we are further developing our range with Selfnamed.

I’ve been looking for a good skin care supplier for a while now and Self Named tick all the boxes. Great range of items, ability to fully personalise the packaging and the items themselves are amazing quality. Highly recommend.

So far, I have been very satisfied with Selfnamed. I love that their cosmetics are natural and organic, and that they are created in an ethical and eco-sustainable way. One tip I would give is to improve the product packaging a bit; the paper is too fragile, and the perceived value of the product could diminish. It should be more solid.

I had high hopes for this app, but it has been nothing but trouble. First off, it doesn't sync the products properly, which defeats the whole purpose of using it. The sign-in form is hit or miss; sometimes it works, and other times it just doesn't. On top of that, the customer service is absolutely terrible. They are unresponsive and unhelpful. I tried reaching out multiple times, but I got no resolution to my issues. Save yourself the frustration and uninstall this app. There are much better options out there.

Currently, I am highly impressed with the intuitive customization capabilities that Selfnamed offers, especially the drag-and-drop functionality. I have been working with them in Shopify since they launched the app, at the begining there were several errors on the app but they have solved all of them, also I always had a fast response and asistance when needed. I completly recomend Selfnamed if you would like to develop a skincare brand. Now the app works perfect and it has been fixed.

Overall, I am very happy with Selfnamed. I find their support quick and helpful, and the products are good. My only feedback would be to allow us to upgrade the packaging for a more premium feel. I believe this can be done, but it currently requires buying in bulk. Offering this option individually would greatly help us improve. Thank you!

When we first started with Selfnamed, it was good. There were a few things here and there that required some manual work to sync between Shopify and Selfnamed, but in the meantime they improved a lot, automated all the boring things and the process is as smooth as possible. They went from good to great, and we are very happy to work with them.

Selfnamed was the only one company in the whole world, that I choose to collaborate. They are the only one who fulfilled all of my requirements: to have the high quality products, ecocert and cosmos certified, to be supportive and knowledgeable, as well. I am cosmetic chemist, and I can tell they are stand out from the crowd. If I wasn't able to use their products and services, I would choose not to have company. I love all about Selfnamed.
