Sendcloud | Shipping Platform

J’ai choisi l’abonnement Free sur Sendcloud car je n’envoie actuellement aucune commande. Malgré cela, je constate des prélèvements mensuels alors que je n’ai jamais utilisé le service de manière active ni validé d’abonnement payant.

Ik werk al even samen met Sendcloud en dat bevalt erg goed. Alles wat ik wil is geautomatiseerd, dus het scheelt mij heel veel tijd!

Ik werk nu la bijna 10 jaar met Sendcloud, en met verschillende Shopify stores eraan gekoppeld. Feilloos, je kan erop rekenen. Het is een kwestie van goed in te stellen. Als dat niet lukt krijg snel en goede hulp. Een aanrader!!

I’ve spent over 3 hours trying to set up Sendcloud with my own Correos account so I can charge our customers the correct, agreed shipping rates — something that’s essential when Correos rates change and we’re left covering the difference. I specifically contacted Shopify support to enable Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS) so that Sendcloud could pull live rates from Correos. After jumping through those hoops, I expected things to be more straightforward inside Sendcloud. Unfortunately, they weren’t. The app doesn’t show up under “Use carrier or app to calculate rates” in Shopify’s shipping settings — even after going through all the required setup steps. I spoke with a support rep (Iria), but it felt like they weren’t fully familiar with this type of integration or couldn’t explain what was missing. I’m incredibly frustrated that after all that time this morning, I’m no further along. If it’s not possible to use your own Correos account for live rates at checkout, that needs to be clearly stated upfront. And if it is possible, the support team should be better trained to help merchants achieve it. Right now, it just feels like a huge waste of time.

Frictionless system for order shipping, which saves us a lot of time and admin. Very easy to use system with fast respons from helpdesk in case of any questions or delivery issues.

Heel fijne Shopify integratie, maakt verzenden een stuk makkelijker. Hulp is ook altijd makkelijk te bereiken.

Wij maken inmiddels al een aantal jaar probleemloos gebruik van Sendcloud voor het verzenden van onze inkomende orders via Shopify. Het werkt echt superhandig: zodra een bestelling via Sendcloud is verwerkt, wordt alle info automatisch doorgestuurd naar Shopify en ontvangt de klant direct de trackinginformatie. Er zijn veel verzendopties beschikbaar (zoals DHL, PostNL, DPD, enz.), waardoor we onze klanten altijd de beste ervaring kunnen bieden. Ik gebruik Sendcloud trouwens niet alleen voor mijn Shopify webshop, maar ook voor de koppeling met Amazon NL en Bol.com. In het verleden heb ik ook contact gehad met hun klantenservice en dat verliep toen ook super soepel. Zeker een aanrader!

Erg gebruiksvriendelijk, ook het integreren met Shopify ging erg makkelijk. Servicedesk ook altijd bereikbaar, kan het andere ook aanraden.

Verzenden was nog nooit zo eenvoudig, dankzij Sendcloud! Sinds ik Sendcloud gebruik voor mijn webshop, is het hele verzendproces echt naar een hoger niveau getild. Bestellingen vliegen letterlijk de deur uit in één handomdraai. Alles werkt snel, intuïtief en volledig geautomatiseerd. Ik hoef amper nog iets handmatig te doen, wat mij enorm veel tijd én stress bespaart. De integratie met mijn webshop verliep vlekkeloos en ik kan makkelijk kiezen uit verschillende vervoerders, afgestemd op wat het beste past bij mijn klant. De interface is duidelijk en professioneel, en ook het aanmaken van verzendlabels gaat supersnel. Wat ik ook heel fijn vind, is de communicatie naar mijn klanten toe. Ze ontvangen automatisch track & trace-updates en dat schept vertrouwen. Kortom: Sendcloud is voor mij een absolute gamechanger. Onmisbaar voor elke serieuze webshop!

We were satisfied with the platform till we tried to activate “lettre suivie” solution. It has been 4 weeks we have been waiting and their support team is not even answering our messages anymore. Very disappointing.

Pessimo servizio di assistenza, soprattutto del team italiano che legge i messaggi e nemmeno risponde. Da evitare completamente. Anche la app funziona male, mille passaggi per generare e stampare le etichette. Addirittura se vuoi spedire con BRT devi richiedere il ritiro dal sito di BRT e non tramite sendcloud. Quindi a cosa servirebbe?

Zero support. Only an idiotic AI chatbot that promises to connect you to a human, which never happens. If this is their service during onboarding, I can only imagine what it is like when things actually go wrong in shipping. This is a stark contrast with Soundcloud's pushy sales people who waste no time in contacting you. Clearly shows where their focus is: sell sell sell, and then let the customers sort it out themselves.
