Des escrocs qui veulent nous faire payer une assurance que l'on a pas prise.. plus de 18 000€ nous sont réclamés, c'est un scandale !

Gemakkelijk te koppelen app. Superhandig om te versturen, gezien je niets meer hoeft over te typen. Tarieven hangen af van je verzendhoeveelheid, maar zijn in lijn met de tarieven die de vervoerders zelf vragen, mocht je rechtstreeks bij hen verzenden.

Fijne app, werkt altijd en nooit problemen. Voordeel is ook dat je meerdere vervoerders kan kiezen en meerdere shopify shops kan toevoegen in hetzelfde account.

It took up substantial time coordinating both with Shopify and the Sendcloud team how to integrate Sendcloud's dynamic checkout, time we were unable to activate our online shop. Support at Shopify was quick to upsell my account but redirected me to Sendcloud for integration support. Sendcloud pretty much refused to help me with the integration and repeatedly pointed towards their documentation. After reiterating the integration did not work I was told that dynamic checkout is only supported by Woocommerce and Magento or an API needs to be built: https://api.sendcloud.dev/docs/sendcloud-public-api/dynamic-checkout. As this changes the required level of effort for the Shop owner substantially it's in my opinion both on Shopify and Sendcloud to better inform customers on what they are (or are not) paying for.

I have issues with customs documents, they don't print correctly. Support is not helpful. I think the app is too expensive considering the issues it causes.

Han actualizado los planes a peor. Tienes distintos planes y no hay mejora de precio en ninguno de ellos, solo hay que hacer el cálculo de los envíos, creo que nos toman por tontos... han subido los precios de todo y como te pases de las etiquetas te cobran más del doble. No la recomiendo.

Service client très très long. 4 à 5 jours pour donner une réponse (pour de la logistique c'est trop long). L'account manager n'est plus disponible dès la 1ere minute après l'installation. Personne ne répond jamais au chat ou sinon en attendant parfois 1h environ.

Very disapointed by their service, they just announced they will double my subscription fee and I will have less features than before. I have been a loyal customer since 2020, shared feedback on improvements but you lost my faith and loyalty. Hopefully a bell will ring and you will put customer satisfaction as one of your priorities... this before money ;-) Sorry but I can't accept paying twice for a service with less features.

At the beginning everything was nice, but their service has been worsening over the last months. It takes them over a week to let you know where a parcel has been delivered. It happens, more and more, that parcels are left at some neighbour and the information of where exactly the parcel has been left is not provided. We have to manually request this info, and we get it a week later, which is not acceptable. Also, upon the worsening service of the carriers, they keep on saying that it's not their fault, that they are only in between. But if I work directly with a carrier, at least I have an account manager at which I can make complaints. With Sendcloud, they say that Carriers don't accept complaints about missing pick-ups for example, which makes no sense. So, I DON'T recommend Sendcloud anymore. Their service idea is good, however, the execution has a lot of room for improvement.

Seeehr buggy, öfters mal langsam oder irgendwelche Schnittstellen Fehler. Funktioniert meistens gut, funktionell einfach zu bedienen aber der Support ist eine Katastrophe darum nur 2 Sterne. Tickets werden einfach ignoriert, Grundlegende Funktionen teilweise fehlerhaft wie z.B. die Zollerklärung der PostAT funktioniert nicht. Hatte dort einen Mailkontakt am Anfang, die Dame scheint aber gekündigt zu haben. Nervige Fehler: Manchmal springt es auf einen random Versandtarif beim speichern der Sendung. Für GLS manchmal Gewicht zu gering, springt automatisch auf DHL Express. Automatisierung unmöglich, suche bereits eine Alternative.

ils vous prélevent des supplements inventés et completements delirants , un colis de 3kg se voit taxer de 100 euros de supplements un mois plus tard car son poids est passé comme par magie a 12kg , et sur ce supplement ils refacturent un supplement carburant de 18 euros !!!! bref si vous avez enormement d'argent a perdre allez y .

J'utilise le service depuis 1 an avec une boutique Shopify et un compte Amazon Seller. J'expédie mes colis principalement via Mondial Relay et Colissimo. Je suis vraiment satisfait de SendCloud et je les recommande.

The worst shipping app I've ever used. This app is absolutely useless. It can't even read or import Order Tags. So let's say you want to NOT import orders tagged with "Fraud" there is no way to accomplish this.

Deutsch: Grundsätzlich macht die App was sie soll, allerdings ist sie vom Aufbau und der Nutzung ein Albtraum. Es dauert in der Regel 2-3 Minuten bis alle eingehenden Bestellungen geladen sind. Es fehlen Filter und die Möglichkeit zum Sortieren der Bestellungen von Alt>Neu. Außerdem muss man Labels immer über die Sendcloud app erstellen. Warum nicht einfach direkt über Shopify in dem man Bestellungen auswählt und über weitere Aktionen -> (Sendcloud) Labels erstellen. Alles in allem sollte man sich gut überlegen wie viel Geld man für diese App ausgeben möchte. Die Features wären da, aber die Umsetzung und extrem langsame Benutzung rechtfertigen einen maximalen monatlichen Preis von 30$. Immerhin kostet mich die App pro Erstellung von Labels 2-3 Minuten an Zeit. Wenn man das jetzt auch noch auf das Monat hochrechnet (x Gehalt der Mitarbeiter etc.) ... Ich hoffe die App wird demnächst grundlegend überarbeitet, sonst müssen wir uns nach einer Alternative umsehen. English: Basically, the app does what it is supposed to, but it is a nightmare to set up and use. It usually takes 2-3 minutes to load all incoming orders. It lacks filters and the option to sort orders from Old>New. Also, you always have to create labels through the Sendcloud app. Why not simply create labels directly via Shopify by selecting orders and via further actions -> (Sendcloud). All in all, you should think carefully about how much money you want to spend on this app. The features would be there, but the implementation and extremely slow use justify a maximum monthly price of $30 in my opinion. After all, the app costs me 2-3 minutes per time per label creation. If you now also extrapolate that to the month (x salary of employees etc.) ... I hope the app will be fundamentally revised soon, otherwise we will have to look for an alternative.

Une catastrophe pour les points relais, si vous souhaitez contacter vos clients à chaque commande pour demander leur point relais car l'appli crashe, allez-y, cette appli est pour vous !
