Sendcloud werkt voor ons perfect. Alles wijst zich vanzelf en de website is duidelijk en eenvoudig te gebruiken. We gebruiken Sendcloud al een langere tijd en zijn hier heel erg over tevreden!

Goede tarieven en hele fijne service als er iets aan de hand is met de verzendingen. Doen echt hun best voor je! Werkt goed met shopify. Soms kan het uploaden van de klantgegevens naar sendcloud wat sneller, maar ben dik tevreden

sendcloud ist einfach einzurichten, einfach im täglichen Handling und auch in der FREE-Version mit vielen Funktionen (u.a. auch mit einem Retourenportal) versehen, unbedingt ansehen!

SendCloud has a great software to create a clear overview of all my orders. You can easily keep track of all your packages, if they are still on their way or already delivered. They also allow me to send packages to a pickup point, whereas other software platforms didn't offer this option. I highly recommend!

Recomendable 100% desde el momento en el que empieces a vender con un eCommerce. Los envíos se pueden hacer tediosos y llevar mucho tiempo. Comprando una impresora y con el servicio de Sendcloud pasé de estar 1 día entero (6-8 horas) preparando etiquetas, imprimiéndolas y recortándolas para 10 pedidos, a literalmente 10-30 minutos. El soporte técnico es muy bueno y estoy encantada.

Fantastic app for every shop that easily wants to simplify and professionalize its shipping. We have been using Sendcloud since September 2020 and our experience with it has been nothing but good. The system is set up super quickly and works intuitively. As a new customer you get a detailed instruction by a Sendcloud employee which answers all your questions. If you face issues the support answers your request instantly. Absolute recommendation!

We use this app for 14 months now and we're more than happy with it! We have 2 Online Stores on Shopify and were looking for an overall shipping solution: easy to use, fast and comfortable. In addition, it should support a few carriers (DPD, DHL, UPS, Deutsche Post). And SendCloud can do all of it. It's affordable and has saved us so much time when it comes to shipping. Would 100% recommend!

Sendcloud didn't to fix a bug on their side that kept us from creating shipments because they were "busy rolling out new markets". It's sad because it's a good software and we really wanted to make it work. Finally, we decided to switch to another provider that is focussed on a working product (hopefully). Before signing the contract, make sure everything really really works. Their support takes very long to respond (up to 3 weeks).

funciona muy bien y el soporte es muy bueno. ahora mismo hay un ligero error que habría que solucionar en el que si borras un envío sigue apareciendo en el panel, espero que lo solucionen tan rápido como solucionan los errores que pueden aparecer.

Werkt zeer fijn, goede uitleg als je moeilijkheden hebt. Ook wordt je telefonisch goed te wordt gestaan als er problemen zijn.

Primero, el soporte es una autentica maravilla. Responden rapidísimo y dan soluciones. Segundo, la web va rapidísima y es fácil, clara y directa. Tercero, se integra genial a Shopify y ha sido literal mi salvación con el dolor de cabeza de los envíos a la hora de lanzar mi e-commerce. Contentisima.

Excellente App. Très complète pour l'envoi de colis. L'interface avec la boutique Shopify est bien faite même si parfois certains paramètre sont difficile à trouver (mais l'équipe SendCloud a été toujours là pour m'aider rapidement - chouette système de tickets pour l'assistance d'ailleurs). Je recommande chaleureusement.

Beyond useless. Sendcloud launched in the UK with much fanfare. The integration team promises the world but delivered nothing. Clearly a management issue with junior integration team unable to effectively communicate with their tech team.

This works like a dream. With our well-running comic webshop www.shorboxcomics.nl we have been able to benefit a lot from this. The order and shipping process has now become one and is now super smooth! This saved us 60 to 70 hours per year!
