What can I say, a shipping tool that does not give accurate shipping prices for shipping destinations (leading to higher charges later and unknown at the time of sending). You better not have to send multiple packages for a single order to a destination where customs are charged. Dimensional weight? Not a thing in this app. If you only send small, single packages per order, it might work well for you, but it just lacks a lot of functions that I would expect from a shipping app.

Handig in gebruik. Gemakkelijk te installeren. Ik heb nog niet met andere systemen gewerkt dus kan wel niet vergelijken.

Funktioniert sehr gut und ist einfach nur hilfreich! Wir können die App vollkommen empfehlen. Die UX könnte noch einen tick besser sein.

I am facing a huge problem with the company. They charged me a ton of labels that were never shipped. That means they charge labels only but for the cost of shipping which sound crazy! If you change one word they consider its a new label and so on and so on... No way to get a refund from them as my labels are more than 6 weeks old. Customer service pretends not to understand the situation and keeps trying to charge me undue fees! STAY AWAY

Installiert und funktioniert - in beide Richtungen somit wird erheblich Zeit gespart und es schleichen sich keine Datenfehler ein.

Sendcloud werkt voor ons perfect. Alles wijst zich vanzelf en de website is duidelijk en eenvoudig te gebruiken. We gebruiken Sendcloud al een langere tijd en zijn hier heel erg over tevreden!

Goede tarieven en hele fijne service als er iets aan de hand is met de verzendingen. Doen echt hun best voor je! Werkt goed met shopify. Soms kan het uploaden van de klantgegevens naar sendcloud wat sneller, maar ben dik tevreden

Wir haben mit sendcloud ein tolles Tool gefunden, was uns den Einstieg ins online business enorm erleichtert hat und sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

sendcloud ist einfach einzurichten, einfach im täglichen Handling und auch in der FREE-Version mit vielen Funktionen (u.a. auch mit einem Retourenportal) versehen, unbedingt ansehen!

SendCloud has a great software to create a clear overview of all my orders. You can easily keep track of all your packages, if they are still on their way or already delivered. They also allow me to send packages to a pickup point, whereas other software platforms didn't offer this option. I highly recommend!

Fantastic app for every shop that easily wants to simplify and professionalize its shipping. We have been using Sendcloud since September 2020 and our experience with it has been nothing but good. The system is set up super quickly and works intuitively. As a new customer you get a detailed instruction by a Sendcloud employee which answers all your questions. If you face issues the support answers your request instantly. Absolute recommendation!

We use this app for 14 months now and we're more than happy with it! We have 2 Online Stores on Shopify and were looking for an overall shipping solution: easy to use, fast and comfortable. In addition, it should support a few carriers (DPD, DHL, UPS, Deutsche Post). And SendCloud can do all of it. It's affordable and has saved us so much time when it comes to shipping. Would 100% recommend!

Sendcloud didn't to fix a bug on their side that kept us from creating shipments because they were "busy rolling out new markets". It's sad because it's a good software and we really wanted to make it work. Finally, we decided to switch to another provider that is focussed on a working product (hopefully). Before signing the contract, make sure everything really really works. Their support takes very long to respond (up to 3 weeks).
