App veloce, chiara, intuitiva e facile da installare e ottimizzare in base alla proprie esigenze. Facile da configurare e da integrare con i vari corrieri. Consigliato!

Wir nutzen Sendcloud schon sehr lange und die Integration ist einfach. Der Support hilft auch super, wenn es einmal Probleme gibt.

Nous utilisons Sendcloud depuis plus de 3 ans et nous en sommes très satisfait. Beaucoup de mise à jours viennent ajouter de nouvelles fonctionnalités, et le service client est rapide.

Llevo varios años con Sendcloud integrado a mi tienda Shopify y nunca he tenido ningún problema. Se integra facil, los datos del cliente pasan muy bien, se puede cambiar las dimensiones y pesos de los paquetes facilmente, la impresora térmica facil de configurar. Lo recomiendo.

Nutzen Sendcloud seit Jahren und finde die Preisentwicklung einfach nicht mehr nachvollziehbar, es wurde teurer und features die mam vorher hatte wurden einfach weggenommen (retourenportal) Nur nutzbar mit nem anderen viel teureren plan. Wir fühlen und oft wie angelockt und dann in Stich gelassen. Anwendung ist ok und macht was es soll.

Dopo oltre 3 anni di utilizzo possiamo dire che l'integrazione di SendCloud in Shopify funziona bene e consente di velocizzare il processo per la creazione di etichette di stampa. Tutto viene gestito automaticamente alla ricezione dell'ordine su Shopify che in autonomia viene sincronizatto su SendCloud da dove semplicemente basta stampare le etichette. Le uniche due vere pecche sono: • L'assistenza clienti lentissima nel rispondere e fornire soluzioni reali; • I prezzi sempre più alti al netto di un servizio che rimane sempre uguale a se stesso nei pregi e nei difetti

This app is very helpful to connect our shop with multiple couriers and the possibility to use our custom contracts. The shipping rules are very easy to configure and the emails and landing pages useful to keep the customers always updated! We have been waiting a lot for the multibatch shipping but now is all up and running.

I used Sendcloud already for years in Magento. Last year I switched to Shopify and still I am using Sendcloud. It has a good connection and orders are easily imported synchronized. Thing that could be improved is copying the rates from Sendcloud into Shopify. There is an export to csv possible in Sendcloud, but there's no easy way to import it into Shopify. I like the possibility of buying third party insurance at Sendcloud.

Funciona bien! Creo que estaría bien mejorar como se muestran los puntos de acceso si no tienes Shopify Plus. Me ha parecido ver otras apps que lo hacen directamente desde el checkout de alguna manera.

Tevreden over het platform, overzichtelijk en bij eventuele problemen kun je ze goed bereiken / support aanvragen. In een enkel geval loop ik soms te stoeien maar dat zal meer aan mijzelf liggen ;)

Esperienza pessima con l’assistenza tecnica. Da oltre due mesi segnaliamo un problema grave: i clienti selezionano il punto di ritiro dopo l’acquisto, ma nel nostro sistema non compare nulla. Siamo costretti ogni volta a contattare manualmente i clienti per sapere dove spedire, con una perdita enorme di tempo e professionalità. Abbiamo scritto più volte e parlato con almeno tre operatori diversi, che ci assicurano di aver “sollecitato il supporto tecnico”, ma dopo più di due mesi non è cambiato nulla. Nessuna soluzione, nessun aggiornamento. Un’assistenza così lenta e disorganizzata è inaccettabile per un servizio che dovrebbe semplificare la logistica. Se non risolveranno a breve, ci vedremo costretti a migrare verso altre soluzioni.

Fijne ervaring met Sendcloud! We werken al een tijdje met Sendcloud en zijn er supertevreden over. Het platform is makkelijk in gebruik en het scheelt ons echt veel tijd bij het verzenden van bestellingen. Alles loopt soepel, van het aanmaken van labels tot het volgen van pakketten. Ook fijn dat je makkelijk kunt schakelen tussen verschillende vervoerders. En als er eens iets is, reageert de klantenservice snel en denken ze goed mee. Kort gezegd: Sendcloud maakt verzenden gewoon een stuk makkelijker voor ons.
