SendsCloud me fait vraiment gagner un temps précieux. L’intégration a été simple et rapide, avec un accompagnement au départ qui m’a bien aidée. Une fois la solution en place, tout fonctionne parfaitement. En cas de souci avec un transporteur, je reçois immédiatement des alertes, ce qui permet de réagir vite. Les rares fois où j’ai eu besoin du support, j’ai toujours eu affaire à des personnes disponibles et sympathiques. C’est un outil efficace et fiable, idéal pour automatiser au maximum la gestion des expéditions.

I've been using Sendcloud for 3 years now and I'm very satisfied. The platform is reliable with little to no technical issues, and whenever I have questions, the support team responds quickly and helpfully. It's very easy to ship to different countries, and I really appreciate being able to compare prices between carriers in one place. A great solution that makes shipping simple and efficient!

È un app che funziona benissimo e confermo che non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di "collegamento". La gestione delle spedizioni é facile e l'assistenza risponde velocemente (anche se a volte sono i vettori che ritardano nelle risposte). Valuto 4 stelle perché abbiamo avuto un problema legato alla fatturazione che in Sendcloud non hanno risolto. Vediamo come va ora che le fatture verranno emesse direttamente in Italia.
