Perfect integration with the Dutch PostNL and DPD, and the complete set of features for label arrangement and printing are essential in our business environment. The addon never failed and is very intuitive to use, which is particularly important since many of our employees are not very comfortable with complex IT interfaces where any mistake could cost money.

We have been using sendcloud for many years and never had an issue ! Everything works exactly as advertised and when needed the support team could not be more helpful.

Was wir besonders feiern: Etiketten drucken mit einem Klick – spart Zeit und Nerven Mehrere Versanddienstleister easy angebunden – wir wählen einfach den besten für jede Bestellung Automatische Tracking-Mails – unsere Kund:innen sind happy und wir bekommen weniger Rückfragen Retourenportal – mega praktisch und super für den Kundenservice Sendcloud nimmt uns im Alltag richtig viel Arbeit ab und hilft uns, professioneller aufzutreten, ohne dass wir dafür extra Personal brauchen. Für alle, die im E-Commerce unterwegs sind: klare Empfehlung von uns!

Sendcloud est une solution vraiment pratique et efficace pour gérer mes expéditions. L’interface est simple à utiliser, les intégrations avec les boutiques en ligne sont rapides et les tarifs d’expédition sont compétitifs. Le gain de temps est énorme au quotidien. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Per ora devo dire che è l'app migliore che abbia trovato per quanto riguarda le spedizioni. L'unica che riesce ad integrare tutti i metodi ed è facile, veloce ed intuitiva. La sto utilizzando oramai da un anno e per ora non ho intenzione di cambiare. Non ho dato 5 stelle solo perchè a volte non mi ritrovo con gli addebiti aggiuntivi che vengono fatti in base a pesi, km ecc. sarebbe meglio una cifra fissa che non viene più toccata.

Nous recevons de commandes depuis eBay, Amazon, 6 marketpaces Mirakl, Cdiscount mais via plusieurs sites Shopify et Sendcloud nous permet de tout centraliser et de tout gérer au mieux, jusqu'à la personnalisation des emails de suivi pour nos client en fonction de la marque et de la boutique pour chaque commande. Un petit miracle que l'on ne peut que recommander, surtout étant donné le qualité de leur SAV. Merci Sendcloud !

Wij zijn met onze webshop van GolfRebels overgestapt naar Sendcloud. Aangezien het technische aspect niet onze sterkste kant was zijn wij zeer goed geholpen door de collega's van Sendcloud. Ook al bleven wij vragen stellen, alles werd goed afgehandeld. Nu werken wij dagelijks naar volle tevredenheid met het systeem. Heel eenvoudig in gebruik. Erg overzichtelijk, makkelijk zelf ook verzendpartners wijzigen. Een aanrader om als webshop-partner met Sendcloud te gaan werken.
