This app was a lifesaver. We caught a user experience issue with color swatches and sizes in the playback. Our conversion rate increased almost immediately after the fix. Thanks for making an easy to use app that does what it says it will do!

No option to remove customers personal data collection. This just adds problems complying with Privacy Policy regulations. Unnecessary when you need just Heatmap & Session recording to observe customer behavior. No need to know customers' name, physical & IP address, phone and web fingerprint. False marketing. Free Sampler membership in the Pricing's options not available after installing the app. Pageviews limit reached right from the start.

Customer phone, email and address are never captured, and Propel Replays is not active during checkout. 3. Propel Replays obfuscates form field inputs so information customers type is not visible in replays. We hope you'll give the app a try again. Great for getting a look at what shoppers are doing, or not doing. It's been really helpful in getting data to tweak the site design. It works well and it's quick with recorded sessions being available in seconds.

The app works very well, it shows the most we want to see in the active session. What I would suggest or like to be added on is when our clients watch a video that we can see that session too in recording. Overall, it's an amazing app. I recommend !

We came from Lucky Orange and have to say that Propel is miles ahead in quality at much better pricing! Sure, the UI is not as fancy - but it makes up for it in every other facet. Half of our session recordings on Lucky Orange were basically useless due to the app not recording properly. Frustrated at what felt like a waste of money we luckily found Propel. Every session is recorded perfectly and we love that it shows accurate cursor tracing. 10/10 can't recommend this app enough.
